WHAT SHOULD I DO's outlandish enough for the real housewives

WHAT SHOULD I DO's outlandish enough for the real housewives

It's been an awesome 1st season and the Season Finale won't disappoint as the girls dig into PRE GAMING before a date.  The top what to do's?  before the big EVENT are asked and as in usual Go2Girls fashion.....you'll be surprised at some of the answers.  Pre-game dating rituals are a real thing and as much as we think we don't do it....we all know we do!

First Up - Amy is a newbie to the dating scene and obsesses about her pre-game before a date list.  She looks to the girls for their take.....not on WHAT should she bring but WHO she can bring................seriously?

Second - Trevor thinks his second date duds are due to the "wrong questions" asked on the first date.  He looks for advice on "bettering" his pre-game list" of the things to ask and to avoid.

In the finale - TJ sees his BFF Bill have great success in the dating world and asks the girls if he should be following Bill's "tried and true" pre-date ritual of "DATE CHECKING" all his new prospects.  The bar stools are divided like never before as the girls try and find a consensus on this controversial what should I do?

    THE FAMILY...BLESSINGS & BACKSTABBING!

    THE FAMILY...BLESSINGS & BACKSTABBING!

They say blood is thicker than water but.... is THICKER always BETTER?   Tonight's episode discusses the dynamics of family and if the rubber band is stretched further for the "TRIBE" than for anyone else despite a family's detriment and dysfunction.

First Up "Desperate for Direction" is dealing with a scorned Ex, and she's hitting where it hurts..... preventing his parents from seeing their children.  He feels his only choices are "bite his tongue" and start BEGGING or put on the gloves and start FIGHTING! The girls weigh in on the options and alternatives.

Second "Stuck In The Middle"is back and brings the girls up to snuff on his repeated dating STIKE OUT'S.  The handsome, smart, athletic law student from Episode 15 was completely baffled as to why he was always getting GHOSTED by the 3rd date.  Little did he know the reason was right in front of him all along.   Listen in to the update you never expected.

In the Finale "Forgive or Forget It" has dealt with the ULTIMATE sister's betrayal for 4 years and her sister wants her to get over "the grudge".  Is there a time limit on forgiving and forgetting and do she have to abide to it?   The girls grabble on how to deal with a toxic sibling and debate the time limits on anger no matter how deep the "stab in the back"

I AM Woman (S1E6)- Date Night Couples Edition

I AM Woman (S1E6)- Date Night Couples Edition

No excuses, it's date night as the guys join the ladies in a special edition of I Am Woman and the couples are talking everything from sex to finances to relationship issues!

Brandon Marshall joins wife Michi, Channing Crowder with wife Aja, Antonio with Terricka Cromartie and Chad Johnson with soon to be wife Sharelle Rosado let loose and nothing is off limits! The guys have a chemistry that stems from their NFL playing days while the wives are there to remind them that it wasn't always easy to deal with the lifestyle that came along with their careers.

Channing calls out the women for ragging on them in their previous I Am Woman shows and Chad says they are there to defend themselves if necessary. The show is fiery from the start talking about sex hot spots and triggers in the relationships over the years.

As the guys boast about the lifestyle their jobs provided the ladies, Terricka reminds them that long after the game is over the women will be the ones still loving them so it should have been more about them than the game.  Aja explains how they desire intimacy and connection and Michi agrees saying it's nice to have trips with friends and girl time but at end of the day, she isn't married to her friends, she wants to feel close to her husband. Iron sharpens Iron, partners are supposed to make the other stronger.

Sharelle chimes in that she can't relate as Chad and her got together after his football life but that communication is key, encouraging red table talk type of openness in order to establish what each wants and expects in a relationship. Chad says losing the competition aspect of the game has led him to studying Sharelle as his new playbook but their dedication to weekly date nights is quickly questioned by the other married couples who say that may be nice now but what happens when that honeymoon phase fades.

Diving into the mental aspects and pressure felt during their NFL careers, Brandon tries to paint a picture of how grueling the journey of playing football really was and the daily grind left them mentally and physically drained everyday so it wasn't intentional but a result of the demands being that 1%. Seeking marriage counseling from the start is the best piece of advice they want to share with younger athletes so that their home is kept intact while chasing the NFL dream.

Cutting them little slack, the women disagree with that notion and feel it wasn't hard to put them first while playing. The conversation shifts from relationship issues to finances to sexual chemistry as the couples break out into laughter sharing stories about one another and opening up about their most intimate aspects of marriage.

I Am Woman is a 8-part limited series streaming Fridays on I Am Athlete platform.

Should You Be Friends With Your Husband's Ex?

Should You Be Friends With Your Husband's Ex?

The women also give their take on the new Britney Spears documentary and how it relates to their high-conflict custody battle.  Loren tells us why she went through John's phone, and April makes a confession about her first marriage and her secret internet searches.

I AM Woman (S1E2)- Mental Health & Marriage

I AM Woman (S1E2)- Mental Health & Marriage

In the 2nd episode of I Am Woman, Michi Marshall is joined by Aja Crowder, Sharelle Rosado and Ashley Wheeler as the ladies expand upon last week's sit down and dive into some tough topics.

Talking about their relationships and how the men in their world have adjusted to the ups and downs that come with life after football, Michi opens up about Brandon's work habits while Aja and Ashley talk about their husbands in the roles of father vs partner. Sharelle, who was married earlier in her life, offers a different viewpoint and explains how she put in the self-work to feel secure and balanced in her current relationship.

The conversation turns personal as Michi opens up about her own health scare and how it led to her suffering from severe postpartum depression. The ladies stress the value in counseling for self help as well as guidance in relationships to help better understand what you want and need in life. Aja and Ashley talk about how therapy helped them find their way in marriage while Sharelle credits her kids for noticing she wasn't herself after returning from the Army, which led her to counseling.

Adding a little spice to the episode, the ladies are treated to a visit from House Of Athlete’s own Chef Lowe who serves them a delicious meal and also gives a male perspective on relationships, communication issues and the importance of working on oneself. This 6-part limited series releases every Friday at 12 noon eastern on the I Am Athlete platform.

I AM Woman (S1E1)- Beside Every Good Man Is A Strong Woman

I AM Woman (S1E1)- Beside Every Good Man Is A Strong Woman

Beside every good man is a strong woman...Welcome to the I Am Woman Podcast!
Getting to know the woman beside the man!

In a spin off from her husbands’s show Michi Marshall leads a discussion about the balance between working, marriage and motherhood, getting personal and candid about the obstacles they face balancing it all. Sitting down with Aja Crowder, Sharelle Rosado and Ashley Wheeler, the ladies open up their lives and share their journey in this new limited series.

On this first episode, we hear how the women found love and commitment with their significant others and how they’ve made it work through the ups and downs of their husband’s NFL careers. But before they were wives and mothers, we learn about them as driven women on a mission. Sharelle and Ashley talk about their time serving in the Army and their experiences as minority women in a man’s world while Aja tackles finding independence in real-estate and Michi opens up about her passion for mental health and her initial aspirations in design, which ultimately led her to creating the House Of Athlete lifestyle apparel line.

Adding a little spice to the episode, the ladies are treated to a visit from House Of Athlete’s own Chef Lowe who prepares them a delicious meal and also shares his admiration for strong women in leadership, especially in the era of our new Vice President Kamala Harris.
