In this episode I had the pleasure to talk to Steve Matos, who is a Gay Men’s Life Coach based in New York. 

Steve uses his experience and knowledge as a tool in helping and guiding other gay men out of the darkness of self-hate and into the light of self-love.    

We talked about his background as a religious person trying to be “cleansed” of his sexuality, how his spiritual path helped him find self-love, and how now he helps fellow gay men to love themselves.
