This is a 2-part meditation.

Part I: Find Your Heart Center

This will guide you into finding your heart center through the 7 Sacred Directions. This has been adapted from Barbara Hand Clow’s book ‘The Alchemy Of Nine Dimensions of Consciousness’, it has indigenous wisdom embedded in it.

Finding your your heart center is another way to anchor yourself in your heart so that you are safe to feel your emotions. This can also bring you back to the present moment, help you find your inner-guidance, and connect you directly with the fifth dimension while you’re in 3D.
