The first thing you will notice about Rhianne Miller, as soon as she starts speaking, is that she is totally down-to-earth and passionate about loving her life. The first statement she made that grabbed my attention was that her goal is to  live a life that she doesn't need a holiday from. That is the life she has created for herself, so if that isn't a reason to listen to find out how she did that, I don't know what is.

Just a few years ago, Rhianne's life was travelling along beautifully. She was happy, seemingly healthy, had a great job and was loving her life. Soon after her 32nd birthday a breast cancer diagnosis rocked her world. She was expecting a great year, but was she ended up with was a journey that has totally transformed her life. After all the treatment, a mastectomy and a failed reconstruction, she decided that she would just live with one breast, and love herself anyway. She has publicly and unashamedly honored herself and her body as a message to all people that they are beautiful, just the way they are.

Rhianne is using her challenge and journey as a way to help other people experiencing adversity in their lives. She is currently developing an online wellness hub called Rhivive, as a one-stop shop where she is bringing together wellness businesses to nurture people through difficult times. She is now choosing herself and encourages people everywhere to choose themselves. She is an enthusiastic and passionate beacon of light and hope for every single person, and this truly is a conversation that everyone needs to hear.

Teaser: You Are Beautiful with Lawrence Zarian

    You Are Beautiful –
What makes you FEEL beautiful?  This is the pivotal question stylist, author, designer and host Lawrence Zarian has asked the thousands of women and men who have come to him for his advice and guidance over his 25+ year career.  As LZ says, it’s not what you wear, it’s how you feel.  And it’s not how you look, it’s how you LIVE.  In his new podcast, “You Are Beautiful with Lawrence Zarian”, LZ celebrates his guests from all walks of life exploring what makes them tick; in the past two years we’ve all had to pivot our lives in some capacity and there’s been this glorious time to regroup, refresh, reset and renew.  What is beautiful?  This podcast digs in deep to each guest’s interpretation of the word to find out what used to be, versus what is now, what they have learned over the years in time of success, in time of struggle, EVERTHING in between, and of course what makes them FEEL…truly beautiful inside and out.

    S1EP79 Are You In Denial?

    Are you in denial?

Today I'd like to tell you a story about a woman who attended a women's empowerment camp.

She was super-excited to be surrounded by like-minded women, and ready to help others. So it came as quite a shock when it turns out that woman learned she wasn't where she thought she was, and that she still had a lot of healing to do. She had been lying to herself and didn't even realize it.

Coming into your own power, loving yourself first... these things are not an end goal, but a continuous journey

A journey where the first step is honesty.
