    • Housing affordability crisisDespite having high salaries and education, many struggle to afford housing due to rising prices. The govt is accused of corruption and taking advantage, leading to a middle class destruction and change in immigrant demographics.

Despite having high-paying jobs and prestigious education, many individuals struggle to afford housing due to skyrocketing prices. This issue is exacerbated by the fact that some people rely on their families for financial support, while others, like the speaker, do not. The speaker argues that the real problem lies in the significant increase in housing prices, which makes the cost of living seem insignificant in comparison. The speaker also believes that the government is aware of this issue and is taking advantage of the situation through corruption and stealing from the people. The speaker's friends, who are immigrants, have noticed a change in the type of immigrants coming to the UK, with some being hardworking and contributing to society, while others are seen as sponging off the system. The speaker believes that the middle class is being destroyed, with hardworking professionals being priced out of the housing market and the wealthy not contributing enough to the economy. The speaker's father, a dentist, was able to buy a family home worth over 1.6 million pounds when he was 23 years old with a salary of 200,000 pounds, while a friend, also a professional, is living in a two-bedroom flat despite having a high-paying job.

    • Middle Class Crisis in UK EconomyThe widening income gap in industries like healthcare is causing financial strain for the middle class, leading to a potential crisis and mass exodus from the UK economy. Living conditions and high costs of living in cities also contribute to widespread health issues and misery.

The increasing economic disparity in society, particularly in industries like healthcare, is leading to a crisis for the middle class. The speaker shares his personal experience of accumulating debt as a junior doctor, while older colleagues with longer tenure in their high-paying roles accumulated wealth. He argues that this trend is unsustainable and is pushing the middle class out of the UK economy. The speaker also emphasizes the impact of living conditions on mental and physical health, and how the high cost of living in cities like London contributes to widespread misery. He concludes by referencing a warning from a conspiracy theorist about the intentional squeezing of the middle class, leaving only the rich and the service workers.

    • Immigration and Economic StrugglesThe current economic climate is causing hardships for many, particularly high-end sectors, leading to concerns over the loss of hardworking immigrants and the inability of British people to fill their roles, while corruption and exploitation of the system benefits the ruling class at the expense of the working and middle classes.

Societal pressure and media narratives can manipulate perceptions and create a culture of bullying and oppression towards certain groups, in this case, men. The speaker shared a personal experience of being belittled by a young woman in a store, who was supported by two older women. The speaker believes that societal messages encouraging women to be aggressive towards men have contributed to this behavior. The speaker also discussed the societal stigma against those who question authority or go against the narrative, such as being skeptical of vaccines. The speaker's mother's death from cancer served as a reminder of the importance of staying strong and not letting societal pressures define one's worth.

The speaker shared how he used to believe his father didn't love him due to his father's flaws and harsh words. However, upon becoming a father himself, he realized that his father's actions were not a reflection of his love but rather his own struggles. This revelation led him to apologize to his parents and appreciate the depth of their love. Another important takeaway is the danger of idolizing or having a hero complex towards others. The speaker shared how he was disappointed when he met someone he idolized and found them to be human with flaws, just like everyone else. Instead, it's essential to recognize and appreciate the humanity and imperfections in ourselves and others.

    • Medical Student ChallengesOvercoming long hours, impressing consultants, and mastering suturing were crucial steps for a medical student to gain the ability to close wounds.

The speaker's experience as a medical student involved a rigorous process to earn the privilege to assist in surgeries. He had to overcome various hurdles, including the long hours of standing and observing without being able to assist, impressing consultants with knowledge and quick thinking, and learning the intricacies of suturing. However, the speaker also lamented the changes in the medical field, where teams are no longer stable and consultants are treated disrespectfully by junior doctors. Despite these challenges, the speaker persevered and eventually gained the ability to close wounds, a significant accomplishment in his training.

    • Professional bullyingProfessional bullying can lead to delays, complications, and emotional distress. Effective communication, respect, and teamwork are essential in preventing it.

Bullying and discrimination, even if unintentional, can have serious consequences in a professional setting. The text describes an incident where a junior doctor tries to help a trainee during a complicated operation but faces disrespect and passive aggression. The trainee's behavior resulted in delays, potential complications, and emotional distress for the junior doctor. This situation highlights the importance of effective communication, respect, and teamwork in the medical field. It also underscores the need for creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated, regardless of their gender or role.

    • Personal growth and fitness at any ageDr. Mark Barton's inspiring journey shows that it's never too late to prioritize personal growth and fitness, regardless of age or background.

It's never too late to prioritize personal growth and fitness, no matter your age or background. The story of Dr. Mark Barton, who transformed his life through Jiu-Jitsu, serves as an inspiration. Our societal standards and expectations should not be lowered, but rather, we should strive to meet them. The current cultural trend of tearing down institutions and rewriting history may seem appealing to some, but it's not the solution. Instead, we should learn from the past and use it to improve ourselves and our society. The desire to change the narrative and tear down those who have left a positive legacy often stems from jealousy and a lack of personal achievement. It's essential to remain critical and not let the noise of the current cultural climate distract us from our goals and values.

    • Personal growth through strugglesStruggles and facing reality are crucial for personal growth. Those who have faced adversity become more resilient and better equipped to handle challenges, while those who ignore them may face failure.

Struggling and facing reality are crucial factors in personal growth and development. People who have not experienced significant struggles in their lives may not be motivated to change, as the pain points have never been large enough. Conversely, those who have faced adversity often become more resilient and better equipped to handle challenges. This is evident in the world of martial arts, where individuals from all walks of life come together and are equal on the mat. The ego is left at the door, and everyone learns and grows together. In business, there is no place to hide, and honesty with reality is essential for success. Those who ignore the challenges and hardships may eventually face failure, while those who embrace them and remain honest with themselves are more likely to thrive.

    • Self-Employment RewardsBeing your own boss offers ultimate reward, discipline, and adaptability, outweighing challenges, as the speaker's diverse experiences have shown.

Having the freedom and control that comes with being your own boss can outweigh the challenges and hardships experienced in working for someone else or pursuing a traditional career path. The speaker's personal experience of growing up with financial struggles and working in various professions, including being a surgeon, led him to realize that being a business owner provides ultimate reward and discipline, as well as the ability to adapt and monetize passions. He now encourages his children to be creative, innovative, and socially skilled, rather than relying on formal education and corporate jobs. Additionally, the speaker emphasizes the importance of recognizing the intelligence and personality of animals, which can bring joy and connection to our lives.

    • Family individualityThe unique personalities of siblings and parents demonstrate the value of diverse experiences and individuality in family dynamics, and having both parents present during formative years contributes to emotional resilience.

The unique personalities of siblings, even those from the same family, demonstrate the importance of individuality and the value of diverse experiences. This was a recurring theme in the conversation, as the speaker reflected on the differences between his own sisters and the varying personalities of his parents. This idea was also applied to the role of parents, with the speaker expressing his desire to be a warm, kind, yet firm parent, providing stability and love for his future children. Another key takeaway was the significance of having both parents present during the formative years, as it contributes to emotional resilience and healthy coping mechanisms. Overall, the conversation emphasized the importance of family, love, and individuality.

    • Effective communication in conflictsEffective communication is crucial in resolving conflicts and misunderstandings. Soften your tone, consider the other person's perspective, and acknowledge the role of ego. Stay true to your values and beliefs while striving for improvement.

Communication is key in managing conflict and misunderstandings, especially in sensitive situations. The speaker shared an experience of receiving unreasonable emails from patients, which initially led him to feel angry and misunderstood. However, he learned to communicate effectively by softening his tone and considering the other person's perspective. He also acknowledged the role of ego in conflicts and the importance of maintaining a healthy ego while striving for improvement. The speaker also discussed the concept of being a "Sigma male," which refers to someone who is self-reliant, confident, and not concerned with fitting into social hierarchies. The speaker's experience with the COVID vaccine and the attempt to shut down his gym highlighted the importance of standing up for one's beliefs and values, even in the face of opposition. Overall, the conversation emphasized the importance of effective communication, self-awareness, and staying true to one's values in managing conflicts and misunderstandings.

    • Character revealed during challenging timesThose physically running businesses during lockdown faced immense pressure, while those working from home had an easier time. It's important to question authority, be informed, and stand up for oneself.

During challenging times, people's true character can be revealed. The speaker shared his experience of trying to keep his gym open during lockdown and the pushback he faced from authorities. He emphasized that those who were able to work from home and were furloughed had an easier time dealing with the situation, while those who had to physically run a business were under immense pressure. The speaker also discussed his encounter with the police and how he questioned their source of income and the potential consequences of closing down businesses. The conversation then shifted to the topic of vaccines, where the speaker shared a friend's experience of being pressured into getting vaccinated. The speaker also brought up the importance of being informed and questioning information presented to us. He concluded by mentioning the historical context of Pfizer's lawsuit and the manipulation of COVID-19 death statistics. In essence, the conversation highlighted the importance of standing up for oneself, being informed, and not being swayed by the majority opinion.

    • COVID-19 hardshipsThe pandemic brought significant hardships to individuals and families, including denied medical treatments and financial struggles, which were particularly devastating for those who lost loved ones due to delayed or denied care. We need empathy and solidarity to address these common struggles.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals and families faced significant hardships, including denied medical treatments and financial struggles. These issues were particularly devastating for those who lost loved ones due to delayed or denied care. The speaker shared a personal story about his mother, who was denied chemotherapy treatment during the pandemic and ultimately passed away. He expressed anger and frustration towards those who remained complacent or indifferent to these issues, feeling that they had played a role in his mother's death. The speaker also emphasized that most people are inherently good and well-intentioned, but can be manipulated into focusing on divisive issues rather than coming together to address common struggles. Overall, the discussion highlighted the importance of acknowledging and addressing the real-life impacts of the pandemic on individuals and families, and the need for empathy and solidarity in the face of collective challenges.

    • Dubai stereotypes vs realityDubai defies common stereotypes with its safety, business opportunities, cultural acceptance, friendly people, low taxes, top-notch healthcare, and beautiful weather.

Dubai, despite common misconceptions, offers a unique blend of safety, business opportunities, and cultural acceptance. The stereotypes often associated with the city are not reflective of the reality. People are generally friendly, accepting, and focused on improving their lives. The negatives, such as the summer heat or perceived lack of freedom, are outweighed by the positives. The city's low taxes, incredible service quality, and beautiful weather make it an attractive destination for many. Additionally, the healthcare system is top-notch, a stark contrast to the NHS and private healthcare in the UK. While there may be some individuals who do not align with the values of the city, they are generally outnumbered by those who are peaceful and content. Overall, Dubai is a place where people genuinely want to live and work, and the stereotypes that exist do not accurately represent the reality.

    • UK concernsThe speaker voices frustration with unpredictable weather, perceived political corruption, high crime rates, media manipulation, and the potential consequences of mass emigration, expressing a love for the UK but a reluctance to leave due to these concerns.

The speaker expresses frustration and concern over the current state of affairs in the UK, including unpredictable weather, perceived political corruption, high crime rates, and media manipulation. They question the absence of global warming and feel disconnected from their community due to a lack of trust in the political system. The speaker also reflects on their father's decision to leave Pakistan for a better life in the UK and the potential consequences of mass emigration. They believe that these issues are not accidental but deliberate attempts to destroy the West and erode freedoms. Despite their criticisms, the speaker expresses a love for the country and a reluctance to leave.

    • Economic instability and societal concernsDespite feeling targeted and uncertain about the future due to economic instability, individuals should strive for self-sufficiency and make a positive impact on society, rather than letting past mistakes define their future.

The speaker expresses deep concerns about the state of society and the economic instability that leaves individuals feeling powerless and uncertain about their future. He shares his personal experiences of feeling targeted and undervalued due to his wealth, leading him to question whether he should stay and fight or leave and find a better life. However, a conversation with his mother shifts his perspective, reminding him of the importance of hard work and providing for his family. He emphasizes the need for individuals to make a positive impact on the world and not let the previous generation's mistakes define their future. Ultimately, he encourages the audience to strive for self-sufficiency and leave the world in a better state than they found it.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the Covid Plandemic has been a faceless monolith, represented by the media mainly through charts, graphs and confusing numbers. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated globally, and statistical jugglery was used to confuse, guide, and misinform. I have been moved by the messages from my paid supporters, who come from all walks of life and across the globe. I have read some incredible emails, listened over the phone to extraordinary minds and beautiful souls, and, most importantly, I have learnt so much from them. I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth telling, and I want to highlight this through this series of podcasts. In this podcast we have Thomas B, Quentin C (@56mins and 10 seconds) and Roy W. (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds). Thomas is based in Australia. We often share pics of our chickens or cats, and he is just a great guy with a brilliant sense of humour. In this conversation, we talk about the crazy world we live in and much more. My second guest is Quentin (@56mins and 10 seconds), based in England. The conversation explores the dark side of COVID and the scepticism surrounding it. Apologies for the audio quality; somehow, the recording was off the laptop, not the mic. My third guest is Roy (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds) also from England. The conversation starts by exploring the power of podcasts and the internet to unite everyday people. We then go on to talk about many other issues. The beauty of these conversations highlights how many good, rational, calm, objective, logical and sane people are in the world. Listening to my supporters is so encouraging that it fills me with hope. Forget the mainstream media and their lies. Forget the NPCs and zombies who pass through life without any original thought. These guests, you, my supporters, are real, genuine, and humanity's hope. As long as people like Thomas, Quentin and Roy are in this world, everything will be ok. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: I can't really improve the bio that Jenna sent me so here it is lol. I've written more than twenty books (including The War on Ivermectin with Dr. Pierre Kory), given two TED talks, spoken to groups across the country, served as a staff writer and editor at top women’s magazines in New York and LA, ridden in the back of a pickup truck in a lawn chair, filmed a book trailer in the bathtub, and gone scuba diving with sharks (on purpose). A born skeptic, lifelong humor writer and now confirmed conspiracy theorist, I turned my admittedly wicked eye to COVID, determined to put a fresh, funny spin on the insanity around us. Today I spend the better part of most days trolling for things to poke fun at on my substack, JennasSide.rocks (see what I did there?). If you ask my daughters my greatest accomplishment, they’d probably say “being interviewed by Khloe Kardashian on the Today show.” Despite this, I still say my daughters are my greatest accomplishment. In this conversation we talk about love, marriage and COVID, as well as other things. Sadly we forgot to do our recital of Kumbaya, My Lord. Next time. I hope you enjoy the episode, I sure did, it was a blast. Much love Ahmad x Links

#214 - Simon King Discusses Afferentology, Restoring Strength And Relieving Pain

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Simon King is a former chiropractor. Simon started his chiropractic studies in Melbourne. He practised for two years on the Gold Coast in Australia before taking up a teaching post at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England. As Simon's practice developed, he became fascinated by the fact that certain patients responded to treatment while others did not, and the difference could not be explained by current medical knowledge, so he studied and became proficient in Applied Kinesiology, a system of diagnosis based on manual muscle testing and became a diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 1996. The theory that became Afferentology grew out of his desire to understand the facilitation and inhibition that are fundamental to Applied Kinesiology. With the Afferent Input system, practitioners can examine the individual patient and reverse-engineer what has gone wrong with their ability to heal themselves. The methods Afferentologists use restore neuromuscular reflexes to normal by removing bad sensory inputs. They are safe, reliable and effective in the long term. This conversation covers various topics related to healthcare, diagnosis, and the importance of muscle strength and proprioception. Simon highlights the role of reflexes in maintaining strength and preventing injury. The conversation touches on the impact of piercings on muscle tone and the importance of removing bad inputs to support overall health. In this part of the conversation, the principal theme revolves around the impact of metal on the body, specifically in the context of injuries and dental work. Simon also shares his theory on the origin of COVID-19 and the potential role of the Flucilvax vaccine. The conversation then shifts to the challenges of being a chiropractor and the limitations of regulatory bodies. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Darren Nesbitt is the founder of The Light, an independent newspaper which depending on your worldview, is either standing up against tyranny, calling out the Covid scam, Climate scam and highlighting the real pressing issues that affect us today or like the Wikipedia entry states is a “far-right and conspiracy theory newspaper” that is “spreading COVID-19 misinformation, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial and death threats". I think the Wikipedia entry is a great example of how the authorities discredit any individual or organisation that speaks out against them. Labels such as conspiracy theorist, anti-semitic, anti-vaxxer, and far-right are low-cost high-yield weaponised words used by the enemy to discredit anyone who is criticising them. I urge anyone who hasn’t heard of The Light newspaper to visit the website and have a look. You will find fantastic articles about topics that are important to all of us today. I enjoyed my chat with Darren it went places I was not expecting, but as you know by now my conversations are free-flowing, unedited and simply honest. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#209 - James Roguski On The IHR Amendments And WHO Treaty

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Roguski is a researcher, author, natural health proponent and activist who believes that the old systems are rightfully crumbling, so we must build their replacements quickly. In March 2022, he uncovered documents regarding proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations and was instrumental in raising awareness about them. The main focus of the discussion is on the recently adopted amendments to the IHR, which aim to facilitate the global buildup of the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex. We also discuss the corruption and profit-driven nature of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the pharmaceutical industry. It highlights how the WHO and big pharma prioritize financial gain over the health of the people. The conversation also delves into the proposed International Treaty on Pandemic Prevention Preparedness and exposes its true purpose as a means to transfer wealth and control to the pharmaceutical industry. James has also been doing everything possible to expose the WHO's hidden agenda behind their proposed "pandemic agreement” and the fraudulent use of the PCR process as a diagnostic “test”. The phrase can summarise his vision for the future: “Let’s get out of the WHO and on with the NEW". I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#206 - Dr Anne McCloskey And How She Took On The GMC And Corrupt Medical System

#206 - Dr Anne McCloskey And How She Took On The GMC And Corrupt Medical System

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dr Anne McCloskey is a retired GP from Northern Ireland. Anne was fined for breaching Covid regulations while speaking at an anti-lockdown rally in November 2020 in Derry. She had been suspended from practising as a GP for six months from 24 October 2023 over comments about the Covid-19 vaccination. Anne had expressed concerns in a social media video about young people taking Covid jabs, in August 2021. She lost an appeal against that decision in January 2024. In June she went to prison for an unpaid fine but was released after 2 days when former patients paid her fine. In this podcast, Anne shares her journey of speaking out against the COVID-19 vaccine and the corruption she witnessed within the medical system. Anne highlights the high number of adverse events associated with the vaccines. She also exposes the corruption within regulatory bodies and the suppression of dissenting voices. Anne is one of those rare doctors that dared to speak out against the unethical and unscientific measures adopted during the Covid Plandemic and Scamdemic. Like almost all dissident doctors she was punished for doing so. This is her story and it is a terrifying reminder of what a dangerous system doctors operate within, which ensures doctors remain obedient and compliant even when medical ethics are being trashed. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
