62: My Worst Customer Experience EVER!

62: My Worst Customer Experience EVER!

I'm going to share with you my mind blowing, worst customer experience EVER! It was the best and worst experience in some ways as it showed me everything that I would never want an employee to do within my own business.

As someone who owns businesses with staff, it was absolutely insane to me that this was how the employee was behaving at this place. I will uncover the whole experience and the valuable takeaways in the show. I think it's going to be eye opening for you.

78 : What Got You Here Won't Get You There

78 : What Got You Here Won't Get You There

Have you ever heard the saying "What Got You Here, Won't Get You There".

I truly believe this is how successful people think and grow their businesses. Whatever you did to get you to this point within your studio biz has been great! You made it this far and I am a believer that you are exactly where you're meant to be (right now).

BUT, if you want something to shift or change within your business or life, and if you want to grow and develop further, something has to change. Doing the same old thing isn't going to move the needle in your business. In this episode I share how I make impactful moves in my business.

Imagine what your studio would look like, if you had a plan, achieving everything you strive for every 90 days?

Listen in to learn how to apply 90 day planning in your studio with EASE.

54: How I Run my Studio Biz Accounts and Make Profit a Priority

54: How I Run my Studio Biz Accounts and Make Profit a Priority

Do you put profit first in your studio business? I know, I know, we're driven by passion as creatives because we love what we do, but it's really important to prioritise profit. So how do I do that you ask?

If you follow some key guidelines, such as having different provisional bank accounts to hold funds for various categories and create category percentage splits across those holding accounts, then you are off to a good start!

If you feel confused that's ok as I break it down for you. Perhaps you are curious which is great too! In this episode, I share with you exactly how I run my accounts, and the categories I provision money for.

I hope this helps you have a better cash flow in your business. Enjoy the show!
