    About this Episode

18-25% of women suffer from migraines. It's one of the most debilitating conditions that affect women globally and yet, we are still grappling with effective treatment strategies. As a migraine sufferer for over 30 years, I know how much migraines can affect productivity and time with family.

In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Rani Banik, neuro-ophthalmologist and featured on Good Morning America, CBS, NBC, ABC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Fox, amongst many others.

We discuss why a holistic approach - looking at all the systems of the body is important for managing migraines, simple natural habit changes you can make in your day right now to get your migraines under better control and how diet influences more than just your migraine triggers.
