    • Sunil's background and experiences shaping his perspective on medicine and career choicesSunil's diverse background and experiences influenced his decision to pursue intensive medical education in the US and led him to become a hospitalist, highlighting the flexibility and travel opportunities in the field.

Sunil's unique perspective on medicine and career choices stems from his diverse background and experiences. Born in England, Sunil pursued medical education there before deciding to train in the US. He was drawn to the intensive medical education system in the US and completed his internal medicine residency there. Upon finishing his residency, Sunil faced a decision between returning to the UK or staying in the US. He was attracted to the flexibility and travel opportunities offered by hospitalist positions in the US, but also recognized the challenges for doctors trained overseas in practicing in the US. Ultimately, Sunil chose to stay in the US due to these factors, and his experiences have shaped his views on medicine and career choices.

    • Diet and Chronic DiseasesThe standard American diet, rich in ultra-processed foods, added sugars, and artificial substances, fuels chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and inflammatory conditions. Prevention is overlooked in favor of profits by the medical establishment and pharmaceutical companies.

The standard American diet, which is high in ultra-processed foods, added sugars, and artificial substances, is a major contributor to the explosion of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and inflammatory conditions. The speaker, an internal medicine doctor, emphasizes that this issue is prevalent not only in the US but also in other countries like the UK. He believes that the system, including the medical establishment and pharmaceutical companies, profits from people being sick and does not prioritize prevention. The speaker's passion is to raise awareness and help patients move away from the standard American diet. He finds that lack of exercise and other factors contribute to the problem as well, but the primary driver is the poor diet. The speaker expresses concern that this issue is not being addressed by medical boards, colleges, and health departments, and instead, there is a normalization of obesity and a culture that promotes unhealthy lifestyles.

    • The Normalization of Obesity: A Dangerous TrendCelebrating obesity overlooks health consequences, driven by industries profiting from sickness, and it's crucial to address obesity compassionately while prioritizing health

While it's important to avoid fat shaming, there's a concerning trend of celebrating obesity that overlooks the serious health consequences. This issue is driven by various industries profiting from sickness, including pharmaceuticals and food corporations. Obesity is a growing problem in many Western societies, and it's essential to address it compassionately but firmly. Our health should be our top priority, and ignoring this issue could lead to increased healthcare costs, taxes, and lost productivity. The normalization of obesity is sad and dangerous, and it's crucial to value and take care of our bodies as the incredible machines they are.

    • Consider food as foundation of healthAsk 'what are you eating?' for chronic health issues, focus on real, whole foods for improved health and financial stability.

Our health is connected to what we consume, both in terms of food and information. The speaker emphasizes the importance of considering our diet as the foundation of our health, as every cell and thought is influenced by it. He also mentions the historical shift in the medical profession towards a pill-for-every-ill approach, which led to the current dominance of the pharmaceutical industry and a neglect of the basic fundamentals of health. The speaker encourages asking the question "what are you eating?" when dealing with chronic health issues, as the answer can determine everything. He believes that returning to a focus on real, whole foods and understanding the historical context of the medical profession's evolution could lead to significant improvements in health and financial stability.

    • Industry Influence on Nutrition Research and Public Health GuidelinesIndustry's promotion of unhealthy seed oils over natural alternatives like butter and ghee has potentially harmed millions for decades, due to misinformation and industrial processing.

The food industry's influence on nutrition research and public health guidelines has led to the promotion of unhealthy fats and oils, such as industrially produced seed oils, at the expense of natural alternatives like butter and ghee. This misinformation, which started in the United States and spread globally, has potentially harmed millions of people for several decades. The heavily industrialized process of producing seed oils involves high heat treatment, the use of chemicals, and the replacement of natural foods. Despite the marketing ploy to make people believe that vegetable oils are healthy, they are unnatural and our bodies are likely to react badly to them as they are not part of our evolutionary diet. It's important to be aware of industry influence and to focus on consuming real, whole foods as much as possible.

    • The power of natural foods for better healthChoose natural foods for better health, resist processed and marketed options, and prioritize your health over profits.

The key to better health lies in consuming natural, unprocessed foods as much as possible. Our grandparents and great-grandparents had healthier levels of indicators like blood sugar and cholesterol due to their diets, which were more in line with nature. However, with the advancement of technology and the proliferation of processed foods, many of us have ended up unhealthy. These processed foods are designed to be addictive and generate vast profits for food companies. By choosing natural foods, even if it means going organic and avoiding pesticides and fertilizers, we can improve our health and resist the influence of the establishment. It may take time and effort, but the benefits are worth it. Remember, every time you choose a processed food, you're contributing to the profits of big pharma and food companies. Instead, focus on eating as naturally as possible, and try to avoid foods that have been heavily processed and marketed to us. Your health is your responsibility, and taking small steps towards eating more naturally can make a big difference.

    • Diet is key to maintaining a healthy weight and preventing chronic illnessesFocus on optimizing diet, sleep, stress levels, and eating window for sustainable weight control and improved health outcomes. Exercise plays a role but should not be relied upon as the sole solution.

While exercise is important for overall health and fitness, it is only a small part of the equation when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight and preventing chronic illnesses. The primary factor lies in your diet, specifically the avoidance of processed foods, refined carbohydrates, and excessive sugar consumption. Sugar, derived from corn and used extensively in the food industry, is particularly detrimental to health and has been linked to an increased risk of chronic diseases. It's essential to focus on optimizing your diet, sleep, stress levels, and eating window for sustainable weight control and improved health outcomes. Exercise plays a role, but it should not be relied upon as the sole solution.

    • Emphasizing the basics of a healthy lifestyleFocus on nutritious diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress management, know food sources, avoid processed foods, and practice intermittent fasting for overall well-being.

Focusing on the basics of a healthy lifestyle, such as a nutritious diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management, is more beneficial than relying on pharmaceutical products or following trendy diets. The speaker emphasizes the importance of knowing where your food comes from and avoiding processed foods, as well as the benefits of intermittent fasting for maintaining healthy insulin levels. The speaker also encourages people to focus on the whole outlook on life and having a purpose. While pharmaceutical products can have their place in certain situations, the speaker believes that the fundamental aspects of health are the keys to overall well-being.

    • From Pro-Vaccine to Skeptical: A Shift in Perspective on HealthThe speaker advocates for personal choices, government intervention, and prioritizing health, emphasizing that small changes can make a big difference.

The speaker has gone from being pro-vaccination to skeptical due to concerns about safety, efficacy, and potential conflicts of interest in the vaccine industry. They believe that personal choices, including diet and lifestyle, are crucial for maintaining good health. They also advocate for government intervention to make healthy food affordable and accessible. Ultimately, they emphasize that health should be a top priority in life, as it impacts every aspect of our existence. Despite the challenges of finding time and resources to prioritize health, they believe that small changes, such as cooking at home and exercising daily, can have significant benefits.

    • Establish healthy habits for improved well-beingRegular exercise, nutritious meals, and avoiding processed foods can significantly enhance your energy, focus, and happiness within two months.

Developing healthy habits, such as regular exercise and cooking nutritious meals, can significantly improve your overall well-being and make these activities a natural part of your life. It may take around two months to establish these habits, but the benefits are worth it. You'll feel more energetic, sharper, and happier. Moreover, avoiding processed foods and focusing on whole, natural ingredients can help you avoid potential health issues and the reliance on medications. The systemic issue lies in the ignorance and profit-driven nature of the medical field, which often overlooks the importance of diet, nutrition, exercise, and sleep. It's essential to break this vicious cycle and prioritize your health by making simple yet impactful changes in your daily life.

    • Pharmaceutical Industry's Influence on Doctors and RegulatorsPharmaceutical companies manipulate doctors and regulators through sponsored events, biased research, and industry talking points, leading to over-prescription of expensive drugs with minimal benefits and concealed harms.

The relationship between pharmaceutical companies and the medical community in the US is significantly corrupted, leading to over-promotion and over-prescription of expensive drugs with minimal benefits. This is often facilitated by sponsored dinners, speaking engagements, and biased research data. Doctors, collectively, are part of the problem as they often mindlessly repeat industry talking points without critically analyzing the data or considering alternative, cost-effective treatments. The cycle of corruption continues as the FDA and WHO approve and promote these drugs, despite questionable evidence, and the harms are eventually concealed or ignored. The public is becoming increasingly aware of this issue and is growing frustrated, but there is currently no significant movement among physicians to address it. The example of Tamiflu, which was promoted and sold despite known ineffectiveness, illustrates the extent of this problem.

    • Historical Influence of Corporate Interests on Medical ProfessionThe medical profession has been heavily influenced by corporate interests, leading to overuse of expensive treatments without proper evaluation, and a lack of emphasis on preventative and functional medicine.

The medical profession and its institutions have been influenced to a significant degree by corporate interests, leading to mindless repetition of expensive treatments without adequate critical evaluation. This issue is not new, as it goes back to historical events like the Flexner report, which labeled non-pharmaceutical practitioners as quacks and closed their schools. The medical education system, which favors rote learning over critical thinking, contributes to this problem. The lack of emphasis on preventative, functional, and historical medicine further exacerbates the issue. As a result, patients often end up receiving expensive treatments with minimal benefits, while being labeled as quacks or drug pushers for questioning the status quo. The good news is that with the help of social media and the internet, awareness can be raised, and people can take their health matters into their own hands. The current situation calls for a collective awareness and a fight against the clownery at every level. The last few years have been a wake-up call, and it's important to keep pushing for change.

    • Overreliance on national protocols can hinder individualized careThe fear of professional retribution and cultural issues can discourage open dialogue and critical thinking in healthcare, potentially leading to a lack of individualized care and stifling important conversations about patient care.

The overreliance on national protocols and guidelines in healthcare can lead to a lack of individualized care, erode the doctor-patient relationship, and stifle critical thinking. These guidelines, set by a select few, can be influenced by external factors and conflicts of interest, leading to a culture of fearful compliance among doctors. This culture, in turn, can silence dissenting voices and prevent important conversations about patient care. The case of Dr. Andrew Wakefield serves as a stark reminder of the potential consequences for those who challenge the status quo. The fear of professional retribution, coupled with cultural issues like political correctness and cancel culture, further discourages open dialogue. Asim Malhotra, a doctor who has faced backlash for speaking out against various aspects of healthcare, is a polarizing figure. Some view him as a hero for challenging the status quo, while others see him as a quack. Regardless of one's opinion, it's clear that the healthcare system needs to find a way to encourage open dialogue and critical thinking while protecting against misinformation and harm.

    • The importance of questioning and debating scientific informationStaying informed and questioning the status quo in patient care is crucial for safety and progress. Silence and censorship can harm, so open dialogue about all aspects is essential.

Questioning and debating scientific information is essential for patient safety and should not be censored. The speaker shares her personal experience of being silenced during the Brexit campaign but finding her voice during the pandemic when she witnessed vaccine harms. She regrets not speaking out against lockdowns earlier and encourages open dialogue about all aspects of patient care. Despite facing backlash and personal challenges, she emphasizes the importance of staying informed and questioning the status quo. Science, she reminds us, is a process of debate and discovery, not a sacred cow.

    • Doctor's courage to stand up for patient safetySpeak out for medical ethics and patient safety, even when faced with adversity, requires self-belief, confidence, and a willingness to challenge definitions and question the status quo.

Standing up for what you believe in, even when faced with adversity and potential consequences, is an important aspect of being a healthcare professional. The discussion highlights the experiences of a doctor who refused to back down from speaking out about patient safety and holistic care, despite facing potential consequences such as losing his practicing privileges and income. His determination to stand up for what he believes in, despite the challenges, serves as an inspiration for others. Additionally, the conversation emphasizes the importance of self-belief and confidence in the face of opposition, as well as the need to challenge definitions and question the status quo in the field of medicine. Overall, the conversation underscores the importance of advocating for medical ethics and patient safety, even in the face of uncertainty and potential backlash.

    • The Destruction of Informed Consent: A Modern DilemmaMedical ethics, specifically informed consent, are crucial in the doctor-patient relationship. Neglecting them can lead to historical mistakes and current dangers, including groupthink, professional hubris, and virtue signaling.

The discussion revolves around the importance of medical ethics, specifically in the context of the doctor-patient relationship and the current state of informed consent. The speaker expresses concern over the destruction of informed consent in recent years and feels let down by regulatory bodies, fellow doctors, and even big pharma. They draw parallels between the current situation and historical events where certain groups were ostracized and mistreated. The emphasis is on the importance of medical ethics, particularly informed consent, and the potential dangers of groupthink, professional hubris, and virtue signaling.

    • The Role of Individuals in Large-Scale AtrocitiesIndividuals play a crucial role in atrocities, whether as instigators or followers. Critical thinking and open dialogue are essential to prevent groupthink and herd mentality.

Throughout history, there have been countless instances of large-scale atrocities committed with the involvement of many willing participants. It's essential to remember that those at the top may not have pulled the trigger themselves but directed others to do so. In the speaker's personal experience, disagreements and misinformation from the government during the pandemic almost caused a rift in his marriage. The power of groupthink and herd mentality, as seen in the example of the Facebook group of doctors, can lead to bullying and shunning of those who question the status quo. The importance of individual critical thinking and open dialogue cannot be overstated.

    • British Doctors Bullying Colleagues and Patients Over COVID-19 VaccinesDoctors should respect others' opinions and uphold medical ethics during the pandemic, despite facing backlash for speaking up against the mainstream narrative. A calm and philosophical mindset can help navigate challenging situations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been instances of British doctors bullying and ridiculing their colleagues and patients who expressed skepticism about the experimental jabs. Ahmed Malik, a British doctor, shares his disappointment and concerns over this behavior, emphasizing the importance of respecting others' opinions and upholding medical ethics. He also discusses his personal experience with skepticism and how his background in stoicism influenced his approach to the situation. Another key point is the backlash faced by those who speak up against the mainstream narrative, including investigations, bullying, and harassment. Despite the challenges, Malik encourages everyone to find inspiration in his story and to approach situations with a calm and philosophical mindset.

    • Personal experience with COVID-19 shapes perspectiveIndividual risk factors and nuanced understanding of COVID-19 important, personal experience can change views on severity and effectiveness of available measures

The speaker's personal experience with COVID-19, including getting sick and then testing positive for antibodies, shaped his perspective on the virus. He initially downplayed the severity of the situation but later came to realize the importance of natural immunity and the limitations of the available vaccines. The speaker's video expressing these views went viral, leading to increased attention and some backlash. Throughout the experience, the speaker emphasized the importance of considering individual risk factors and the need for a nuanced understanding of the virus.

    • Doctor's Ethical Dilemma with Vaccine MandatesA doctor faced backlash for questioning vaccine ethics and mandates, despite recovering from COVID and holding concerns about technology and side effects. She refused to comply and was prepared to leave the country, emphasizing natural immunity and human DNA sanctity.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the speaker, a doctor, faced intense backlash for expressing her doubts about the vaccine and questioning the ethics of mandates. She had already recovered from COVID and held concerns about the technology and potential side effects. Despite receiving threats and being let go by some employers, she refused to comply with vaccine mandates and was prepared to leave the country if necessary. She believed in the importance of natural immunity and the sanctity of human DNA, viewing the vaccine as unscientific, illogical, and unethical. The experience highlighted the divisive nature of the vaccine debate and the pressure on individuals to conform to certain health policies.

    • Doctor's pressure to get vaccinated despite objectionsIndividual autonomy and informed consent are crucial in medical decisions. Rushing unproven technologies on a large population can have dangerous consequences.

The mandated use of MRNA vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic was a source of significant stress and violation of personal choice and bodily autonomy for many individuals, including healthcare professionals. The speaker, a doctor, shared his experience of being pressured to get vaccinated despite his objections and the potential consequences of not complying, such as losing his job. He also expressed concerns about the safety and effectiveness of the MRNA technology, which he believed was being rushed and was based on a lie due to the false claim that it could stop transmission of the virus. The speaker's experience highlights the importance of individual autonomy and informed consent in medical decisions and the potential dangers of pushing unproven technologies on a large population.

    • Criticizing Vaccine Safety and PrioritizationThe speaker questions the safety and efficacy of vaccines, particularly those in the US, and advocates for a focus on overall health and wellness through improved sanitation, access to healthcare, and dietary changes, rather than mandating vaccines.

The speaker expresses concerns about the safety and efficacy of vaccines, particularly those administered in the US, and questions the prioritization of vaccines over other public health initiatives. They also mention their personal experience of getting vaccines every year and their intention to research vaccines before getting them. The speaker criticizes the mandating of vaccines, especially in the US, and suggests that the focus should be on improving overall health and wellness by addressing issues like public sanitation, access to healthcare, and reducing sugar and seed oils in the diet. They believe that vaccines have had less impact on human longevity than commonly believed and that the current state of affairs is driven by money and compromise. The speaker expresses frustration with the current state of healthcare and politics and sees a need for fundamental changes in priorities.

    • Healthcare system prioritizes profit over ethicsEmpower individuals, defund/disband organizations, and build strong communities to reform healthcare system, focusing on self-reliance and informed decision making.

The current healthcare system, particularly in the US, prioritizes profit over ethical considerations and individual autonomy, leading to coercive practices such as pushing gender transition and vaccinations on minors and mandating vaccines during the pandemic. The system needs radical change, starting with defunding and disbanding organizations like the CDC and FDA, and holding current leaders accountable for their actions. Empowering individuals to be self-reliant and critical thinkers is crucial to prevent manipulation and division in society. Ultimately, we need to focus on building strong, loving communities where individuals can support each other and make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

    • Emphasizing the importance of a balanced diet and the benefits of supplementsMaintain a balanced diet, consider supplements like vitamin D and turmeric, and continue learning about health topics to improve overall well-being.

Dr. Sunil Dand emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced diet, but acknowledges that supplements, such as vitamin D and turmeric, can be beneficial for some individuals. He also encourages people to find reliable sources of health information and continue learning about various health topics, including nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Dand plans to continue sharing his knowledge through social media platforms, online courses, and one-on-one consultations. He remains passionate about practicing medicine and improving patient care, while advocating for the preservation of fundamental values in modern medicine.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Delingpole is an English writer, journalist, and columnist who has written for several publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and The Spectator. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dr Lawrence Palevsky MD, also known as Larry, is a US Paediatrician, Podcaster, past guest and friend. In episode 103, Larry discussed The Current State Of Medicine, The Impact Of Censorship, And Totalitarianism. I loved that conversation with him. After recording, we spoke for another 30 minutes, jumping from one topic to another. It felt like I was talking to a long-lost brother. At one point, out of the blue, Larry stated, “I’m a proper Jew, by the way”. I didn’t know what to say then, and I did not fully understand what he meant by that. But recently, that comment stood out in my head. Recently reading comments online, I am aware that some people believe that much of the criminality that is happening today against humanity is being led and perpetrated by “the Jews.” Especially in light of events in Gaza and the atrocities being committed by the State of Israel, there has been an undercurrent of anti-semitism brewing. In one conversation with a prospective guest, I was surprised when they suddenly listed names and figures at the heads of Banks, Corporations, and Politics that were Jewish or industries that were supposedly run by the Jews, such as Hollywood, as examples to prove that “The Jews” were behind much of what we see wrong today. That person won’t be coming on my show because while it is correct that all the names they mentioned were “Jewish”, I do not believe in the statement that it is “The Jews”, and hopefully, this podcast and my substack post will explain why. Evil things have been done by people of all colours, races and religions. No one group has a monopoly on evil, none. To think that all the evil in the world exists because of one group of people is dangerously naive at best and highly evil in itself at its worst. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the Covid Plandemic has been a faceless monolith, represented by the media mainly through charts, graphs and confusing numbers. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated globally, and statistical jugglery was used to confuse, guide, and misinform. I have been moved by the messages from my paid supporters, who come from all walks of life and across the globe. I have read some incredible emails, listened over the phone to extraordinary minds and beautiful souls, and, most importantly, I have learnt so much from them. I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth telling, and I want to highlight this through this series of podcasts. In this podcast we have Thomas B, Quentin C (@56mins and 10 seconds) and Roy W. (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds). Thomas is based in Australia. We often share pics of our chickens or cats, and he is just a great guy with a brilliant sense of humour. In this conversation, we talk about the crazy world we live in and much more. My second guest is Quentin (@56mins and 10 seconds), based in England. The conversation explores the dark side of COVID and the scepticism surrounding it. Apologies for the audio quality; somehow, the recording was off the laptop, not the mic. My third guest is Roy (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds) also from England. The conversation starts by exploring the power of podcasts and the internet to unite everyday people. We then go on to talk about many other issues. The beauty of these conversations highlights how many good, rational, calm, objective, logical and sane people are in the world. Listening to my supporters is so encouraging that it fills me with hope. Forget the mainstream media and their lies. Forget the NPCs and zombies who pass through life without any original thought. These guests, you, my supporters, are real, genuine, and humanity's hope. As long as people like Thomas, Quentin and Roy are in this world, everything will be ok. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: I can't really improve the bio that Jenna sent me so here it is lol. I've written more than twenty books (including The War on Ivermectin with Dr. Pierre Kory), given two TED talks, spoken to groups across the country, served as a staff writer and editor at top women’s magazines in New York and LA, ridden in the back of a pickup truck in a lawn chair, filmed a book trailer in the bathtub, and gone scuba diving with sharks (on purpose). A born skeptic, lifelong humor writer and now confirmed conspiracy theorist, I turned my admittedly wicked eye to COVID, determined to put a fresh, funny spin on the insanity around us. Today I spend the better part of most days trolling for things to poke fun at on my substack, JennasSide.rocks (see what I did there?). If you ask my daughters my greatest accomplishment, they’d probably say “being interviewed by Khloe Kardashian on the Today show.” Despite this, I still say my daughters are my greatest accomplishment. In this conversation we talk about love, marriage and COVID, as well as other things. Sadly we forgot to do our recital of Kumbaya, My Lord. Next time. I hope you enjoy the episode, I sure did, it was a blast. Much love Ahmad x Links

#214 - Simon King Discusses Afferentology, Restoring Strength And Relieving Pain

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Simon King is a former chiropractor. Simon started his chiropractic studies in Melbourne. He practised for two years on the Gold Coast in Australia before taking up a teaching post at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England. As Simon's practice developed, he became fascinated by the fact that certain patients responded to treatment while others did not, and the difference could not be explained by current medical knowledge, so he studied and became proficient in Applied Kinesiology, a system of diagnosis based on manual muscle testing and became a diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 1996. The theory that became Afferentology grew out of his desire to understand the facilitation and inhibition that are fundamental to Applied Kinesiology. With the Afferent Input system, practitioners can examine the individual patient and reverse-engineer what has gone wrong with their ability to heal themselves. The methods Afferentologists use restore neuromuscular reflexes to normal by removing bad sensory inputs. They are safe, reliable and effective in the long term. This conversation covers various topics related to healthcare, diagnosis, and the importance of muscle strength and proprioception. Simon highlights the role of reflexes in maintaining strength and preventing injury. The conversation touches on the impact of piercings on muscle tone and the importance of removing bad inputs to support overall health. In this part of the conversation, the principal theme revolves around the impact of metal on the body, specifically in the context of injuries and dental work. Simon also shares his theory on the origin of COVID-19 and the potential role of the Flucilvax vaccine. The conversation then shifts to the challenges of being a chiropractor and the limitations of regulatory bodies. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Darren Nesbitt is the founder of The Light, an independent newspaper which depending on your worldview, is either standing up against tyranny, calling out the Covid scam, Climate scam and highlighting the real pressing issues that affect us today or like the Wikipedia entry states is a “far-right and conspiracy theory newspaper” that is “spreading COVID-19 misinformation, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial and death threats". I think the Wikipedia entry is a great example of how the authorities discredit any individual or organisation that speaks out against them. Labels such as conspiracy theorist, anti-semitic, anti-vaxxer, and far-right are low-cost high-yield weaponised words used by the enemy to discredit anyone who is criticising them. I urge anyone who hasn’t heard of The Light newspaper to visit the website and have a look. You will find fantastic articles about topics that are important to all of us today. I enjoyed my chat with Darren it went places I was not expecting, but as you know by now my conversations are free-flowing, unedited and simply honest. I hope you enjoy the episode. If so, that’s very normal!

We live in a world of ‘infobesity’: there’s more than we can process, and the conflicts are overwhelming.  This problem ESPECIALLY applies to nutrition!
