    Welcome to Anamaria Dorgo, our guest today. Anamaria began her career in learning and development and created her first community with her peers before Covid. A few years later, she became community manager of Butter, the remote platform for virtual interactive sessions. She is the queen of member engagement and knows how to create a space where they can grow together so that networking becomes a way of creating meaningful links and value with and for everyone. Last year, she combined her passions for L&D and community management by starting her own freelance business for meaningful projects close to her heart.
