Busting Through Limiting Beliefs for Career and Personal Growth

In this episode of the Her Path to Purpose podcast, host Rosanna Gill discusses the critical role of identifying, challenging, and transforming limiting beliefs that hinder personal and professional development. Using inspiring examples, including the story of Hilda Zamora's journey from undocumented immigrant to successful lawyer, Gill outlines a comprehensive step-by-step process for listeners to confront and replace their limiting beliefs with empowering ones. She emphasizes how deeply held, unchallenged beliefs can keep individuals in unsatisfying jobs or unhealthy relationships due to a fear of uncertainty. By questioning the source of these beliefs and actively seeking evidence to the contrary, Rosanna encourages listeners to rewrite their narratives and open themselves to the infinite possibilities of a life led with intention and purpose. The episode guides individuals on how to shift their mindset from accepting limitations to embracing opportunities for growth, regardless of their career stage or personal life circumstances.

Mastering the art of surrender in your business

Mastering the art of surrender in your business

Whether you call her KJ the Witch, Katie J, or Katie, you will feel the calming and patient presence that IS her as you listen to this episode. A presence that comes with a quiet confidence and a candid humor you wouldn't expect from someone who shares how she's in a unique season in her life and business: one of complete and utter surrender.

Katie J built a 6 figure coaching business in only a couple of years and then decided to burn it all down this year. Rather than a re-building phase of business, it's more accurate to say she's in a season of surrendered creation centered around spiritual healing.

This is a beautifully unique conversation unlike any other entrepreneur conversation you've heard.  Make sure to follow Katie on Instagram to continue to follow her journey and watch what may unfold.

    Natalie Bullen: Becoming Unapologetically Wealthy

    Natalie Bullen: Becoming Unapologetically Wealthy

Natalie Bullen isn't for everyone. She acknowledges and embraces that. And doing so, unapologetically, is why she charges clients that ARE for her $10,000 and $25,000.

This episode is a look behind the curtain of a woman who was tired of living a lie, getting paid $51,000 a year but knowing she had the skillset and knowledge to become a millionaire.

Be prepared to laugh out loud (Natalie's humor is infectious) and get called out. Natalie shares:

    • the myth of the overnight success
    • why being an expert doesn't equate to having a business
    • how college never did for Natalie what she thought it would
    • how to write a new story for yourself
    • the impact of allowing yourself to stay in environments and with people that shoot you down
    • the power of entrepreneurship for black women
    • the necessity of pay transparency
    • how to get people to WANT to pay you
    • the psychology behind discounting your services
    • how the fear of abandonment crept up in Natalie's business
    • the necessity for therapy for entrepreneurs
    • Natalie's own blocks to charging $10,000
    • and so much freaking more
