    Today we're talking about the state of the nation: the great resignation; low employment; high cost of living; drought; warming climate. 

    How does this relate to Maslow and his Hierarchy of Needs?

    Where are we on the hierarchy at the moment and how does this impact us and those around us?

    Only when we have our physiological needs met, can we move up the hierarchy - but right now, our physiological needs are being compromised. If we can't meet these needs we can go into a state of anxiety - and this breeds fear, fight, flight and freeze.
