    • Russia Investigates Wagner Group Leader Amidst Troop Threats and Titanic Submersible TragedyRussia probes Wagner Group leader amidst army threats, while a submersible tragedy raises safety concerns and Rishi Sunak prepares to block wage increases

The situation in Ukraine has escalated with Russia launching a criminal investigation into the leader of the Wagner Group, who accused the Kremlin of attacking his troops. This comes as 25,000 heavily armed Wagner Group soldiers, who have been instrumental in Russia's bidding in Ukraine and other conflicts, are now reportedly ready to march on Moscow. Meanwhile, in a separate incident, newly unearthed emails reveal that safety concerns were dismissed before a submersible imploded on a trip to the Titanic, resulting in the deaths of several people, including Stockton Rush. The CEO of the company responsible for the submersible dismissed these concerns, but failed to submit the submersible for formal classification and assessment. Rishi Sunak is also preparing to veto pay review bodies if they recommend a wage increase of 6%, citing concerns over potential wage-price spirals and inflation.
