(Part 2) Conversation With Dr Eashwarran Kohilathas About Why He Left Medicine & More

    enAugust 18, 2023
What personal experiences did the speaker share as a junior doctor?
How are vaccines potentially linked to heart conditions according to the speaker?
What is hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and its implications for young people?
What ethical concerns arise from the vaccine side effects discussion?
Why is authenticity important according to the speaker's viewpoint?

    • Junior doctor shares personal experiences of heart conditions and vaccinesThe speaker acknowledges the possibility of bad luck but also raises concerns about the increased number of young people experiencing heart conditions and the evidence linking vaccines to myocarditis and pericarditis.

The speaker, a junior doctor, shared his personal experiences of working in the medical field during a challenging time, which included the loss of a friend due to a heart condition and the ongoing debate about the potential link between vaccines and heart conditions. The speaker expressed that while it's important to consider bad luck as a possible cause, the increased number of young people experiencing heart conditions around the same time, coupled with evidence of the jabs causing myocarditis and pericarditis, makes it a plausible theory. The speaker also mentioned the importance of considering alternative causes but acknowledged that the research points towards the jabs as a likely contributor. Additionally, the speaker mentioned that the condition, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can lead to sudden death in young people, is a rare but potential cause of heart conditions, but the current situation involves an increased number of cases, particularly among young people.

    • Discussion on potential side effects of mRNA vaccinesConcerns over potential side effects of mRNA vaccines, particularly heart attacks and neurological conditions, require further investigation due to anecdotal evidence and ethical concerns.

There are concerns regarding the potential side effects of mRNA vaccines, particularly in relation to heart attacks and neurological conditions. These concerns are not new, as some individuals have reported these issues after receiving the jab. The frequency of these reports seems higher than what would be expected statistically, leading some to question if there is a link. The discussion also highlighted the importance of considering recent medical history when investigating health issues, but this has not been extensively done in relation to these vaccine side effects. The lack of investigation into potential links between vaccine side effects and the vaccines themselves raises ethical concerns, as some argue it could amount to willful ignorance or even crimes against humanity. The anecdotal evidence of healthcare professionals experiencing vaccine side effects while encouraging others to get vaccinated further adds to the confusion and concern. The potential severity and frequency of these side effects warrant further investigation and transparency from healthcare authorities.

    • Concerns over long-term effects of COVID-19 vaccineThe speaker raises concerns over potential unknown long-term effects of the COVID-19 vaccine on body's biology, gut microbiome, and DNA. He calls for a shift in perspective towards a more holistic approach to healthcare, acknowledging potential risks and addressing vaccine injuries.

The current healthcare system and the way we approach vaccines and their potential side effects is not working effectively. The speaker expresses concern over the unknown long-term effects of the COVID-19 vaccine, such as its impact on the body's biology, the gut microbiome, and even our DNA. He believes that more bad news about the vaccine's side effects is to come and that we should not ignore the potential risks, no matter how rare they may be. He also criticizes the healthcare system for not properly addressing vaccine injuries and dismissing or gaslighting those who have experienced them. The speaker calls for a shift in perspective and a more holistic approach to healthcare, where we acknowledge and address the potential risks and side effects of vaccines and other treatments. He believes that we need to look at the bigger picture and not just focus on individual symptoms or conditions. The healthcare system's current model is not working, and we need to find a new way to approach health and wellness that prioritizes prevention, transparency, and a more comprehensive understanding of the body and its responses to various interventions.

    • Trust yourself and healBelieve in personal growth and self-reliance, trust instincts, and make personal choices even if uncertain or uncomfortable.

Individuals should trust their own judgment and healing abilities rather than relying too heavily on external sources or groups. The speaker emphasizes the importance of personal growth and self-reliance, using the example of her own decision to leave a long-term career in healthcare. She also shares her experience of grief and the emptiness left by the loss of a loved one. Despite the challenges and uncertainty, she trusts her instincts and ultimately finds peace within herself. Additionally, she reflects on the importance of making personal choices, even if they mean stepping out of one's comfort zone or facing financial insecurity.

    • Finding Authenticity and Leaving a Lasting LegacyBeing true to oneself and authentic can lead to a lasting impact on the world, but incongruency between what we say and do can cause harm to ourselves and others.

People have the power to make a significant impact on the world, but it often requires making sacrifices and being true to oneself. The speaker shares how they used their extra time to write a book, despite the potential risks, because they wanted to leave a lasting legacy. They also discuss the importance of authenticity and the negative consequences of incongruency, or projecting a false image. The speaker believes that people carry internal conflicts and pain, and that the incongruency between what we say and what we do can lead to suffering for ourselves and others. Ultimately, the speaker encourages being true to oneself and acknowledges that everyone has faults, but the consequences of incongruent behavior can be harmful.

    • Unsung heroes in the medical fieldThe true value of hard work and expertise can be overlooked by appearances and titles. Acknowledge limitations and admit 'I don't know' for true intelligence.

The value placed on appearances and titles can often overshadow the true value of hard work and expertise. The speaker shares an experience from their medical career where they found that the best surgeons were often unsung heroes, working quietly and efficiently in the countryside, while those with many papers and titles were often ineffective in practice. This phenomenon is not limited to the medical field and can be observed in various aspects of life. Additionally, the speaker emphasizes the importance of acknowledging one's limitations and admitting "I don't know" as a sign of true intelligence, rather than hiding behind a facade of confidence or false knowledge out of fear of appearing stupid or losing face.

    • Fear of uncertainty and financial risks can hinder progressContinuously update knowledge, admit mistakes, and stay true to values for betterment of lives despite financial risks.

Fear of admitting uncertainty and the pressure to maintain a certain status or financial stability can hinder progress and innovation, particularly in fields like science and healthcare. The speaker shares his personal experience of leaving a promising medical career to write a book exposing lies and offering solutions, despite the financial risks. He emphasizes the importance of continuously updating knowledge and being willing to admit mistakes for the betterment of people's lives. The fear of losing funding or status can lead individuals to undervalue human lives, but taking risks and staying true to one's values can lead to significant impact.

    • Leaving a troubled career for personal peaceSometimes, to bring about change, one must leave a problematic situation, even if it means sacrificing stability. New opportunities may lead to personal growth and continued impact.

Sometimes, in order to effect meaningful change, it may be necessary to step away from a situation that seems insurmountable, even if it means leaving behind a stable career and pension. This was the decision made by an individual who had grown disillusioned with the healthcare system, seeing it as a problem that could not be solved from within. After leaving, they found peace in their new life, free from the daily burden of questioning whether they had made the right decision. The system, they came to realize, was not a cult, but rather a victim of corporate psychopathy, with staff unknowingly or knowingly being abused by the institution. Despite leaving medicine as a career, the individual's fascination with health and wellness continued, leading them to discover the medicinal benefits of mushrooms during a chance encounter in the park. This newfound interest became a way for them to continue helping people, demonstrating that even in the midst of change, the desire to make a positive impact can remain a constant force.

    • Mushrooms: Complex Organisms with Health Benefits and Various UsesMushrooms, with DNA similar to humans, have health benefits including immune system boost and cancer treatment, while contributing to soil health and bioremediation.

Mushrooms, despite being often thought of as simple fungi, are complex organisms with various health benefits, particularly in the fight against cancer. These macro fungi, which include common edible varieties like button and chestnut mushrooms, have DNA similar to humans and form through spore formation. While some raw mushrooms can be harmful, cooked varieties are not only safe to eat but also medicinal. Mushrooms have been used for thousands of years for their health benefits, including boosting the immune system and aiding in the treatment of cancer. Some popular medicinal mushrooms include turkey tail, chaga, reishi, and birch polypore. Mushrooms also contribute to soil health and have a wide range of other benefits, such as bioremediating soil and helping with allergies and diabetes. Despite their long history of use, scientists estimate it would take another 4000 years to discover all the different types of mushrooms.

    • Identifying and Foraging for MushroomsMushrooms have various identification requirements, foraging regulations, preparation methods, and medicinal properties. Always ensure safety by positively identifying mushrooms before consumption.

Mushrooms, like turkey tails, are found all over the world, but their availability and identification require specific knowledge. Foraging for mushrooms is allowed in some regions but not others, and it's essential to leave some for nature and other organisms. Some mushrooms, like chanterelles and turkey tails, are relatively easy to identify, while others, like chaga, are more challenging to find. Preparation methods vary depending on the type of mushroom, with some being safe to eat raw and others requiring cooking. Mushrooms have medicinal properties and can be considered a type of vaccine due to their ability to stimulate the immune system. Always ensure you are 100% certain of a mushroom's identity before consuming it.

    • Extracting Health Benefits from Tough MushroomsTough mushrooms, like birch polypore and artist conch, can't be eaten raw but their bioactive properties can be extracted for health benefits using various methods. Some mushrooms, like psilocybin, have profound effects on the brain and are illegal.

Certain types of mushrooms, like birch polypore and artist conch, are tough and inedible in their raw form, but can be extracted for their bioactive properties that have been studied for various health benefits. These mushrooms contain bioactive chemicals that hide behind their chitin layer, and extracts made through blending, drying, and alcohol or hot water methods can bring out these beneficial compounds. On the other hand, some mushrooms like psilocybin, also known as "magic mushrooms," contain neurochemicals that can have profound effects on the brain, including reducing trauma and fear connections, increasing mindfulness, and even curing depression in some cases. Despite their potential benefits, many of these mushrooms are illegal and their use should be approached with caution and proper guidance. The history suggests that the use of certain mushrooms may have played a role in human evolution by helping to create new neural networks and communities. However, it's important to remember that any potential benefits come from a combination of the substance and the individual's mindset and willingness to change.

    • The Importance of a Diverse Microbiome for Maintaining HealthA diverse microbiome, especially in the gut, is crucial for achieving homeostasis and maintaining overall health. It functions like a forest floor, with various organisms breaking down biomass and maintaining a healthy ecosystem.

Our bodies host complex ecosystems of bacteria, viruses, and fungi, collectively known as the microbiome. These organisms play crucial roles in maintaining our health, and a diverse microbiome is essential for achieving homeostasis. The gut microbiome, in particular, can be compared to a forest floor, where various bacteria, viruses, and fungi work together to break down biomass and maintain a healthy ecosystem. The discussion also touched upon the potential benefits of psychedelic mushrooms, which some believe could contribute to a healthy microbiome due to their ability to stimulate the growth of certain fungi. However, further research is needed to fully understand the potential of these substances in this context. Overall, recognizing the importance of our inner ecosystems and fostering their diversity could lead to significant improvements in our overall health and well-being.

    • Maintaining a Healthy Gut Microbiome: Diverse Lifestyle NeededEat whole, unprocessed foods, prioritize omega-3s, be metabolically flexible, manage stress, sleep well, and minimize chemical exposure for a healthy gut microbiome.

Maintaining a healthy gut microbiome requires a diverse lifestyle. This includes a varied diet, but also factors like sleep, stress management, and avoiding excessive exposure to chemicals and toxins. The optimal diet can vary from person to person, depending on individual health needs and preferences. Aim for whole, unprocessed foods, with an emphasis on high omega-3s and minimal ultra-processed foods. Be metabolically flexible, able to go into ketosis but also enjoy occasional treats. The gut microbiome is influenced by many factors, and keeping it in balance is key to overall health.

    • Seeking perfection in health can be unhealthyFind balance in health and life, allowing treats and indulgences in moderation. Prioritize nutrients through diet, but consider supplements for added benefits.

Striving for perfection in health, including being overly restrictive or guilt-ridden about what we eat, can actually be unhealthy. It's important to find balance and live a congruent life, allowing ourselves to enjoy treats and indulgences in moderation. Our quality of life matters just as much as longevity. Regarding supplements, while a healthy diet can provide most of the necessary nutrients, some people believe in taking supplements for additional health benefits. Magnesium, vitamin C, L-theanine, and occasionally thymine, glycine, and bicarb are some supplements that can be beneficial. Ultimately, the goal is to prioritize health while also enjoying life.

    • Balanced Diet and Supplements for Optimal HealthA balanced diet and nutrients like magnesium and vitamin C are essential for optimal health. In high-risk situations, supplements like methylene blue may be beneficial, but ensure quality and cycle them to avoid reliance. Mental and spiritual wellbeing are also crucial components of overall health.

For optimal health, a balanced diet rich in nutrients like magnesium and vitamin C is essential. However, in certain high-risk situations, additional supplements like methylene blue may be beneficial, particularly for neurological inflammation. It's important to ensure the quality of any supplements used and to cycle them to avoid reliance. Beyond physical health, mental and spiritual wellbeing are also crucial components of overall health. The Generation Grounded platform aims to provide comprehensive education on various health-related topics to help individuals understand their unique health journey and make informed decisions. With guidance and resources, people can navigate the confusion surrounding health and wellness and begin their path to understanding their infinite potential.

    • The War on Herbs: Patenting and Monetizing Natural RemediesDespite efforts to suppress natural remedies through patenting and monetization, people continue to use herbs and mushrooms for self-care. The importance of preserving these natural resources is highlighted in this conversation.

There is a ongoing conflict against natural remedies, particularly herbs, due to the inability to patent them. This war on herbs stems from the desire to control and monetize everything, including natural resources. For most of human history, people have relied on herbs and mushrooms for self-care. However, with the push to patent and monetize everything, there is a resistance against this trend. Barbara Wilkinson, who runs the Hair Ups Society UK, is an advocate for the use of herbs and shares this perspective. The speaker expresses frustration with the futility of this situation but also finds solace in the fact that people are continuing to use natural remedies despite the attempts to suppress them. The speaker also shares their upcoming holiday plans and expresses their support for various ventures, including Generation Grounded. Overall, the conversation highlights the importance of preserving natural remedies and the resilience of people in the face of attempts to control and monetize everything.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dan Astin Gregory is a podcaster and activist. He hosted the Pandemic Podcast and is now the host of the DAG podcast. In this conversation, Dan talks about his journey working in the corporate world for a large multinational bank, to a personal development and business coach, to a podcaster and activist. Dan and I dive into his journey from the corporate world to becoming a well-known content creator and activist. We chat about how his podcasting career has evolved, his impact on entrepreneurs, and his challenges while shifting from corporate life to coaching and personal development. We also get into the role of economics in understanding how society is structured, how the Pandemic Podcast came to be, and Dan’s activism—especially around initiatives like the Road to Geneva and the Free Humanity movement. As we continue, we explore the complexities behind global goals, the role of protests in activism, and why building solidarity within communities is so important. We also touch on the upcoming People's Reset Summit, focusing on how it’s all about finding solutions and empowering communities. Throughout the conversation, we highlight the need for diverse perspectives in the freedom movement and feature some key insights from speakers who will be part of the summit. Initially, I was sceptical of The People's Reset Conference, but my interest was piqued after three supporters (Jack, Jay, and Deborah) recommended that I attend. After speaking to Dan about the podcast, I decided I would like to attend. I was motivated when Dan explained that the event focuses on solutions rather than the problems we see worldwide today. I’ll be attending on Saturday, September 28th, and Sunday, September 29th, in Bath. If you want to attend, book tickets at the following link , and remember to give me a hug. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Andrew Johnson grew up in Yorkshire, England and graduated from Lancaster University in 1986 with a degree in Computer Science and Physics. He worked in Software Engineering and Software Development, for about 20 years before becoming a technology tutor for the Open University in the UK. He became interested in “alternative knowledge” in 2003. In 2007 became familiar with the research of Dr Judy Wood into the destruction of the World Trade Centre complex on 9/11. He wrote 2 books about her research and he has written 5 other books on various topics including  Solar System Anomalies, the formation of the Earth, UFOs and the “Climate Change” or “Global Warming” scam. The books are available as free PDFs from his website,  www.checktheevidence.com. In the memory of those who died on 9/11 and in the aftermath, to ensure their lives did not die in vain, we must not forget the evil that was committed. In this podcast, we discuss the impossibility of the official explanation for 9/11 and explore some of the alternative “conspiracy” views and their validity. Where did the towers go? Please look up Dr Judy Wood's website below and order a book from Andrew, again links below. The book by Dr Judy Wood is one of the best-referenced, researched books I have read. Full of pictures, illustrations, mathematics, and witness accounts, it is truly a work of art. Please order a copy from Andrew. Please read my Substack post for more information. ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Delingpole is an English writer, journalist, and columnist who has written for several publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and The Spectator. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dr Lawrence Palevsky MD, also known as Larry, is a US Paediatrician, Podcaster, past guest and friend. In episode 103, Larry discussed The Current State Of Medicine, The Impact Of Censorship, And Totalitarianism. I loved that conversation with him. After recording, we spoke for another 30 minutes, jumping from one topic to another. It felt like I was talking to a long-lost brother. At one point, out of the blue, Larry stated, “I’m a proper Jew, by the way”. I didn’t know what to say then, and I did not fully understand what he meant by that. But recently, that comment stood out in my head. Recently reading comments online, I am aware that some people believe that much of the criminality that is happening today against humanity is being led and perpetrated by “the Jews.” Especially in light of events in Gaza and the atrocities being committed by the State of Israel, there has been an undercurrent of anti-semitism brewing. In one conversation with a prospective guest, I was surprised when they suddenly listed names and figures at the heads of Banks, Corporations, and Politics that were Jewish or industries that were supposedly run by the Jews, such as Hollywood, as examples to prove that “The Jews” were behind much of what we see wrong today. That person won’t be coming on my show because while it is correct that all the names they mentioned were “Jewish”, I do not believe in the statement that it is “The Jews”, and hopefully, this podcast and my substack post will explain why. Evil things have been done by people of all colours, races and religions. No one group has a monopoly on evil, none. To think that all the evil in the world exists because of one group of people is dangerously naive at best and highly evil in itself at its worst. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the Covid Plandemic has been a faceless monolith, represented by the media mainly through charts, graphs and confusing numbers. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated globally, and statistical jugglery was used to confuse, guide, and misinform. I have been moved by the messages from my paid supporters, who come from all walks of life and across the globe. I have read some incredible emails, listened over the phone to extraordinary minds and beautiful souls, and, most importantly, I have learnt so much from them. I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth telling, and I want to highlight this through this series of podcasts. In this podcast we have Thomas B, Quentin C (@56mins and 10 seconds) and Roy W. (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds). Thomas is based in Australia. We often share pics of our chickens or cats, and he is just a great guy with a brilliant sense of humour. In this conversation, we talk about the crazy world we live in and much more. My second guest is Quentin (@56mins and 10 seconds), based in England. The conversation explores the dark side of COVID and the scepticism surrounding it. Apologies for the audio quality; somehow, the recording was off the laptop, not the mic. My third guest is Roy (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds) also from England. The conversation starts by exploring the power of podcasts and the internet to unite everyday people. We then go on to talk about many other issues. The beauty of these conversations highlights how many good, rational, calm, objective, logical and sane people are in the world. Listening to my supporters is so encouraging that it fills me with hope. Forget the mainstream media and their lies. Forget the NPCs and zombies who pass through life without any original thought. These guests, you, my supporters, are real, genuine, and humanity's hope. As long as people like Thomas, Quentin and Roy are in this world, everything will be ok. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: I can't really improve the bio that Jenna sent me so here it is lol. I've written more than twenty books (including The War on Ivermectin with Dr. Pierre Kory), given two TED talks, spoken to groups across the country, served as a staff writer and editor at top women’s magazines in New York and LA, ridden in the back of a pickup truck in a lawn chair, filmed a book trailer in the bathtub, and gone scuba diving with sharks (on purpose). A born skeptic, lifelong humor writer and now confirmed conspiracy theorist, I turned my admittedly wicked eye to COVID, determined to put a fresh, funny spin on the insanity around us. Today I spend the better part of most days trolling for things to poke fun at on my substack, JennasSide.rocks (see what I did there?). If you ask my daughters my greatest accomplishment, they’d probably say “being interviewed by Khloe Kardashian on the Today show.” Despite this, I still say my daughters are my greatest accomplishment. In this conversation we talk about love, marriage and COVID, as well as other things. Sadly we forgot to do our recital of Kumbaya, My Lord. Next time. I hope you enjoy the episode, I sure did, it was a blast. Much love Ahmad x Links

#214 - Simon King Discusses Afferentology, Restoring Strength And Relieving Pain

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Simon King is a former chiropractor. Simon started his chiropractic studies in Melbourne. He practised for two years on the Gold Coast in Australia before taking up a teaching post at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England. As Simon's practice developed, he became fascinated by the fact that certain patients responded to treatment while others did not, and the difference could not be explained by current medical knowledge, so he studied and became proficient in Applied Kinesiology, a system of diagnosis based on manual muscle testing and became a diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 1996. The theory that became Afferentology grew out of his desire to understand the facilitation and inhibition that are fundamental to Applied Kinesiology. With the Afferent Input system, practitioners can examine the individual patient and reverse-engineer what has gone wrong with their ability to heal themselves. The methods Afferentologists use restore neuromuscular reflexes to normal by removing bad sensory inputs. They are safe, reliable and effective in the long term. This conversation covers various topics related to healthcare, diagnosis, and the importance of muscle strength and proprioception. Simon highlights the role of reflexes in maintaining strength and preventing injury. The conversation touches on the impact of piercings on muscle tone and the importance of removing bad inputs to support overall health. In this part of the conversation, the principal theme revolves around the impact of metal on the body, specifically in the context of injuries and dental work. Simon also shares his theory on the origin of COVID-19 and the potential role of the Flucilvax vaccine. The conversation then shifts to the challenges of being a chiropractor and the limitations of regulatory bodies. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
