The medical community may suggest a shorter time frame to encourage compliance, but in reality, it's likely safe for up to four hours. However, leaving it for a week is not recommended due to the likelihood of mold growth. Additionally, there is a warning for mothers to reheat rice due to the risk of bacterial infection in children. Burning DOing, the Plan & the Over- Achiever to the Ground w/ Sam Asser

    Burning DOing, the Plan & the Over- Achiever to the Ground w/ Sam Asser

    In this solo episode Sam shares one of her key insights and learnings that came out of an ego deaths in her 28th year around the sun.

    There is a big initiation on the planet right now to see the parts of ourselves and lives that have been abiding by the greater forces outside of ourselves, and reclaim our own innate power and freedom. It is layered, confronting and habitual.

    It takes a willingness to want to face your own cracks, loosen the tight grip, let it surface and then choose to live, breathe and act in a different way.

    But there is no rush and when we stop rushing, forcing, pushing against, we sink into the moments of bliss that can be experienced by biting into your favourite chocolate (micro) and remembering who you actually are (macro).

    In this episode we discuss;

    - The journey of letting go

    - How to FEEL more, by connecting to experiences that bring you into the present moment (like eating chocolate)

    - Living from the heart and truth, opposed to the egoic mind and patriarchal system.
