In today's episode we're talking about ways to give our brains a mental work out and try to start having a more positive thought process. We talk about ways to check in with your thoughts and mindfulness, reflecting and not falling victim to your mood, meditation, and more ways to have a healthier mindset. After that we do some role-playing examples of how to change your thought process, then we give a few new music recommendations, and last in Dish Bish we answer a few fun random questions!
