    About this Episode

Today,  I want to dig a little deeper into the “influence” of authority.   The kind that is a little more like Jesus.  We have this amazing power within called Kingdom Authority!  When we tap into our kingdom authority we don’t miss the moments right before our eyes or ears.   When we lean into this power within we can show up more like Jesus in a world that needs more kindness, goodness, peace, and grace.

    Be Mine

    Be Mine

Valentine’s Day is upon us, and as I have been working on my own heart this year, it’s a perfect time of year, with National Heart Month and Valentine’s Day, to share with you.
We are created in His image, and God is love.  Life will throw us curveballs, our hearts can grow weeds and choke out the intended beauty He Created for us.  He desires for our hearts to be aligned with His.  And if you have ever been in love or in love, then you know that butterfly feeling you get in your heart when you fall in love and the other person says”  Be Mine

Let's dive in to renew our hearts, and when He moves within our hearts, we can breathe easier, our hearts, minds, and souls feel peaceful, and we can echo the words of love in all that we do.  When our hearts get weary and we are mentally and physically exhausted, our hearts reflect that in our words, actions, thoughts, and the way we love those around us.

    Reactionary to Big Picture

    Reactionary to Big Picture

    Hey Hey, Friends!

"Welcome to The Cara Podcast- the show that takes you on a transformative journey from reacting to life's challenges to embracing the bigger picture of purpose and fulfillment.

In a world where it's easy to get caught up in the daily whirlwind of tasks, news, and stress, we often find ourselves reacting to the immediate demands of the moment. But what if we told you there's a better way? What if we shared stories, insights, and wisdom that inspire you to pause, reflect, and look beyond the surface?

This podcast is your sanctuary of self-care and mindfulness, where we explore the profound connections between purpose,  God,  and a life lived with intention. It's a space where we shift our focus from the minutiae of daily life to the grand tapestry of existence.

You've found your home, whether you're seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a moment of reflection. Together, we'll learn to see beyond the chaos, embrace the wisdom of the ages, and unlock the true potential within us all.

Today on the Cara Podcast, we set our heart posture from reactionary to Big Picture.
When we are focused on God's purpose, we tend to have a different perspective in the way we look through the lens of life here on earth.

The more we lean into His love and live purposefully, our reactions change.

When we slip into reactive mode, we are off the path of our purpose.

Today, let's adjust our focus from drifting to thriving. Listen in and let us know how we can help you gain traction for your purpose.

    Archer Of Your Heart

    Archer Of Your Heart

Hey, Hey, Friends!  It’s deep into August, and school is beginning across the country. Long summer days are winding down, and the carefree feel of summer is waving goodbye.

For some of us we cannot wait to kiss the summer heart goodbye, get back to a schedule, and for some of us our hearts are far from ready to wave goodbye to these hazy and sunny summer days.

Today we are going to dive into anger.  For some of us, anger is not in our DNA; it takes a lot to push us over the edge to get angry.  For others, anger is a bit more of a challenge, and it can creep up without notice when a car cuts you off in traffic, a text or call, or a situation that pushes your buttons can hit the anger button.  Anger can also arise from social injustices, watching the news, an action of a partner, and the list can go on.

    Take Hold Of Your Future

    Take Hold Of Your Future

Today we are taking hold of our futures.  No matter the world's circumstances, the guilt you are struggling with, the pain, the disappointment, the feelings you are unraveling, and the easy way to numb or hide out today and friends, there is so much more for you.  He is about to do a new thing.

Hebrews 11 is a chapter in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. Often referred to as the "Faith Hall of Fame" or the "Faith Chapter," it provides a powerful exposition on the nature and significance of faith in the lives of believers. The chapter begins with a definition of faith and then presents a series of examples of people from the Old Testament who demonstrated great faith in God.

    Heart Revival

    Heart Revival
Today on the Cara Podcast, we are diving right into the depths of the heart.

The heart is what sustains every moment of our lives. The heart brings forth love and heartache. It pumps super hard as we run races. Our coffee gives us a heart jolt to awaken us; the heart can overflow with joy, kindness, and words of encouragement, and our hearts can also, metaphorically speaking, be a place of darkness, full of rocky soil.     “God’s word has the power to change and transform us. Lies lose their power in the face of truth.” So today is all about how to have a Heart Revival.

    Open Roads

    Open Roads

With so many celebrations and getting ready for summer, we can find ourselves on adventures traveling down new routes with open roads as our hair swirls in the breeze and feeling like we no cares in the world.   It’s a feeling we want to hold onto. It’s a memory that always sticks with us.  Road trips can be good for the soul, and it opens up our hearts to take in more of our surrounding and connect with the people we encounter along the way.

Jesus desires for us to have a life filled with great adventure.  He created us to be creative humans with curiosity.  We were not meant to live a life through foggy windows and smeared-up sunglasses.  He wants our vision to be clear so we can see the road ahead for HIS adventures.
