    Podcast Summary

    • Push through and keep goingWhen feeling overwhelmed or unmotivated, remember to push through and keep going to overcome obstacles and make progress towards goals.

Even when faced with overwhelming circumstances and feelings of not wanting to, it's important to push through and keep going. As Kate Cochrane from the Volley Network shared in her podcast, it's easy to give ourselves permission to put things off or take it easy, but sometimes a little kick of motivation is all we need to get back on track. Whether it's going to the gym, attending meetings, or working towards a goal, the message is clear: you've got this, and you'll get it done too. It's natural to feel overwhelmed or under the weather, but with a positive attitude and a determination to keep going, we can overcome any obstacle. So, if you've been putting something off or struggling to make progress towards a goal, remember that you have the power to push through and make it happen. You're capable of more than you think, and you're not alone. Keep going, and you'll come out on the other side stronger and more accomplished than before.
