Sigrid is currently Leadership & Competence Leader at Ikea Group. Over the years, she became an L&D specialist, passionate about the power of learning, teaching, and coaching people and teams. We will discuss the conditions for collective and collaborative learning. We will talk about diversity and how to create a highly inclusive work environment.
