The Lefts Continued March Into Our Public Schools

The Lefts Continued March Into Our Public Schools

The left continues its march toward indoctrinating as many kids as possible using our public school systems as the means to do it. Today we look at two stories that clearly document this encroachment.

The first story is out of the Los Angeles Unified School district, where they’ve allowed Planned Parenthood into the schools. The benefits to PP are two-fold; they get the revenue for providing the service, and they also get to establish a relationship with these young people.

A group of pro-life college students is pushing back against this and is asking the school district for equal access to the students. The group wants to be able to go into the school to provide a counterbalance to PP narrative. The group faces an uphill battle and may not be successful in this request, but this is better than nothing. Read More Here: FortySixNews.com

Adult Human Female: The Democrat War on Women

Adult Human Female: The Democrat War on Women

Democrat policies have been waging war on women. After years of claiming there was a Republicans war on women, it is now becoming patently obvious the real war on woman is happening to women due to far-left policies.

No policy has eroded the very idea of femininity more than the notion that any man by simple decree can become a woman. A narrative that has become so twisted that the dictionary definition of woman adult human female has become offensive. Can the dictionary definition of women and what the gender radicals consider woman to occupy the same space? If this isn’t the case, wouldn’t that mean one of these things as defined need to cease existing? I would say they both can exist, but there has to be an understanding that men aren’t women, and trans men are just that. e and what the left want The current iteration of what constitutes the Transgender movement is being used as a cudgel to redefine what it means to be a woman. This movement seeks to water down the very definition to push its agenda. The results are women ultimately will lose their identity. Read more at FortySixNews.com

    Nancy Pelosi Surrenders on Impeachment

    Nancy Pelosi Surrenders on Impeachment

Pelosi has been forced to surrender her useless bid to hold on to the impeachment articles. The strategy which Mitch McConnel characterized as lacking any real leverage collapsed as it became clear that the Senate leader wouldn't acquiesce to the lower chambers demands on Impeachment.

Nancy proclaimed she would hold on to the articles contingent on the Senate conducting the impeachment trial in a way the Speaker approved. This, of course, is not how this process was designed to work. The House passes the articles of impeachment, and the Senate conducts the trial based on the contents of those articles.

After weeks of holding on to the articles, it appears that Nancy is ready to send over the articles sometime this week. This is a victory for the Senate as an institution, and it further strengthens the notion that the higher chamber has sovereignty and won't be submissive to leaders in the lower chamber.

The next battle in the Senate will center around the finer details of what a Senate trial will look like. There are a small group Republicans who want to call more witnesses. In contrast, the majority of the Republican caucus wants to tailer the witness count to something similar to the Clinton trial, which only had one witness. There was an amendment by Sen Josh Hawley that called for dismissing the articles outright, but reports have surfaced that there don't appear to be the votes for that. As the Impeachment gets underway, we will see how this plays out.

Bill to end Speed Traps: Oklahoma State Senator Nathan Dham Proposal

Sen Nathan Dham has introduced legislation to end speed traps in the state of Oklahoma. The bill SB1264 would target ticket quotas for peace officers. Speaking on the new proposal on Twitter the Sen said "Today I filed SB 1264 which would stop cities from creating traffic ticket quotas. Our peace officer should have the opportunity to serve and protect our communities without being threatened by their employers for it."

There is sure to be stiff opposition from segments of the law enforcement in the state. Time will tell if this law can make it to the governor's pin.

Bipartisan Bill to Allow Interstate Traffic of Raw Milk

Bipartisan Bill to Allow Interstate Traffic of Raw Milk

A bipartisan bill has been introduced that would legalize the sale of raw milk across state lines. The Interstate Milk Freedom Act would change an existing regulation by the FDA that restricts the trade of raw milk between states.

The FDA regulation isn't based on any law or legislation it's simply an edict from the unelected bureaucracy of the FDA. The law would would empower the states to make it legal to sell raw milk across state lines. Speaking about this bill Rep Daniel Webster said “American families can best decide what milk will best serve their sons and daughters," “The FDA has no Congressional directive or safety regulation that justifies interfering in a decision between a consumer and dairy farmer. This is an issue best left up to states and consumers.”

Rep Lloyd Smucker (R) said Raw milk is a niche product highly valued by educated consumers who understand any risks associated with its consumption. This industry is vital economically for many small family farms in my district, who survive and thrive by selling directly to the consumer. Farmers throughout Pennsylvania’s 11th District and the nation work tirelessly to ensure safe, nutritious dairy products are available to everyone,” “Small family farms have been consuming and distributing raw milk safely for hundreds of years. This bill rightly gets the federal government out of the way and decriminalizes farmers and producers who choose to sell or take unpasteurized milk and other dairy products to willing customers throughout the nation.”

The legislation has been introduced a number of times in the past but has failed so far. The bill simply says if two states have legalized the sale of unpasteurized milk, then no federal department, agency, or court may take any action to prohibit or restrict the interstate traffic of milk between those two states.

Rep Thomas Massie owns 50 head of cattle on his off the grid farm in northeast Kentucky. Rep Pingree raises grass-fed beef and chickens on her island farm in North Haven Maine.

Social Media Targeting Smaller Conservative Content Creators: My Story

Social Media Targeting Smaller Conservative Content Creators: My Story

For over five years, I’ve managed several Facebook accounts. I kept myself abreast of all the nuances of public page ownership. I educated myself about the many algorithm changes and catered to the whims of my small following. I’ve managed to stay on the right side of our silicon valley overlords even as my colleagues on other pages were continually harassed or also suspended for a myriad of things.

Up until July 2019 was showing signs of being our biggest year on social media. Our engagement was through the roof; having viral moments started to become a regular occurrence. Then late July, that all changed for reasons I’m still trying to understand. For the past six months, our page has been dealing with major issues with our public Facebook page.

Here’s where it all started on July 31st our Facebook page received it’s very first violation and fact check. Little did we know this would be the first of many.
