    Mr. Lesnock earned a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in physiology from Cornell University, an Ivy League institution. While studying at Cornell, he co-founded and then sold his first business venture, a specialized indoor-marketing firm. An avid lifetime athlete, Mr. Lesnock was also inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2000 as a recipient of the Scholar Athlete award.

    As the principal and owner of International Sales Group, Craig brings a wealth of expertise in sales training and management to RelatedISG International Realty. His primary responsibilities entail day-to-day operations, agent communications and the implementation of new programs. His focus is on the growth of the company via recruitment, training and retention of  sales associates.

    A real estate broker for more than 25 years, Studnicky began his career in New York City as a sales associate in residential real estate for JPS Associates. In 1984, the New Jersey native founded Steven Craig Realty in Atlantic City shortly after a referendum was passed to accommodate the interest in real estate in the flourishing area. His firm became Atlantic City’s leader in real estate, cornering two thirds of the market. In 1992, Studnicky relocated to Florida to work as Director of Sales for Country Club Estates in Aventura from 1992 to 1994.

    He co-founded International Sales Group and under his leadership, ISG maintains the area’s top-producing sales force. Due to his keen ability to communicate with training and sales staff, coupled with his excellent customer relationships with developers, the company has posted record real estate sales.

    An avid golfer, Studnicky can be found playing, and working, on the links with clients. Studnicky is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Florida and holds a degree from Virginia Tech. His greatest accomplishments are his two children, Steven and Alexandra.

    Leonard Steinberg started a firestorm in the real estate profession when he joined the small start-up technology-focused New York-based brokerage Urban Compass as company President in mid-2014 after 17 years in the industry at both Corcoran and Douglas Elliman.     Lyle Stern is the President of Koniver Stern Group, a dominant retail leasing and consulting company based in Miami Beach, Florida. Mr. Stern is a more than twenty-year veteran of the real estate leasing profession.

    I can reread a book until the end of time (go on, ask me anything about Harry Potter). Good stories resonate; they show us something we can believe in.

    As a Regional Marketing Director, I lead a team dedicated to bringing out the unique brands of Compass Florida's multi-faceted group of agents. Consumers need to identify with what a company says long before they commit to buying what it sells. They make decisions based on emotional connections. And a good story changes everything.

    To survive in today’s marketplace, we need to see the world through the eyes of the people we’re trying to attract. My team develops strategies that pull in a target audience. We focus on getting that firsthand insight into agents’ needs to reveal that nugget of truth that makes clients entrust them with their momentous real estate decisions.
