Using Natural Trance States
In this episode, we start with some basic information about hypnosis or trance states, how it works, and bust some of the myths and misperceptions. We also talk about a couple of ways to use our naturally occurring trance states to help us in life.
1) Noticing and limiting the ways in which we allow natural trances in our lives to feed us information that is not serving us.
2) Using our natural hypnogogic state, that is the slower brain wave state we pass through on our way to sleep, to help create changes. We can do this with affirmations, or visualizations.
