    When you say, this is my body and it may be true but when you say this is my mind, it is not the truth!


    There is no such thing as your mind or my mind. There is only a mind field which we tap into, something collective, something separate from us. The identification and sensation of having one's own individual mind are arising due to a constant repetition of a small set of thoughts which become memories and create an illusion of 'my' mind or 'your' mind.


    Tantra says if you replace all mental repetition of thoughts with one repetition that 'I AM THE WITNESS', it brings you out of the realm of mind. There is a shift in your consciousness being trapped in the mental projections to being awake, aware.


    Try this simple yet powerful technique with me in this meditation session.

    Heart is the most dangerous thing in the world. When you are living your heart, you run wild into the unknown. There are no maps, no charts, no control, no guidelines. You simply live!


    Or you live in the mind. It feels more secure, predictable, controllable. But then you are not really living life, you are living the idea of life. Mind can only live ideas, thoughts. It cannot experience anything. It lives through sensory perception.


    To live a heartful life, trust is needed. Tremendous self-trust, trust in others, trust in existence.


    Let us take some moments and empower our heart again with this meditation here.

    If there was one word to summarize meditation, that is - WITNESSING!


    As you tune into what I am sharing, be the witness right now. Become suddenly aware of your body, mind, energies and everything that you call as youself. And maintain this continuity of WITNESSING.


    Out of the witnessing, all wisdom of life emerges. All that you want to know, that you can know and you ever wish to know is there in WITNESSING.


    Witnessing keeps you disidentified. Buddha, Krishnamutri, Osho and every other master took the effort to get you to a place of continuous witnessing. So that you remain disidentified with the world around you. It was not a teaching, rather a technique.

    In this session, we are exploring what lies beyond our individuality.


    To find your own voice, your individuality amidst the crowd is an achievement. But if you live only as individual consciousness, ego and the crowd of your own desires begin to take over your authentic voice. The taste of life is incomplete as an individual is always incomplete, always alone. Thereby leading to a search for fulfillment through money, power and all other instruments of desires.


    As the consciousness crystallizes, it must evolve towards an infinite expansion a.k.a. God-consciousness.


    Bhairava in Tantra gives a meditation technique that helps: "O Bhairavi, when the mind, limited awareness, the energy and the individual self dissolve, then that state is Bhairava."

    Wisdom tradition says that living just in the mind is equivalent to madness. Less or more doesn't matter much. In present times, we are pushed into the mind for every aspect of life. And it driving us uncontrolled in all directions is nothing less than madness. Collectively we don't realize it as there is no absolute qualification parameter. Until the soul is back in ownership, the heart at the driving seat, we are tied to a mad driver called to mind.


    In this meditation session, I take 2 questions from a meditator about the rise of Kundalini energy and the practice of pranayama. For those of you practicing some form of kundalini yoga, breathwork or pranayama learned from online tutorials without any in-person guidance, this might be an important message to consider.


    And later we sit in an energizing guided meditation by activating the kundalini energy center.

    If you close your eyes and listen to your own mind, you will hear the voices of your father, your mother, your brother and sisters, neighbours, teachers, priests and everyone else except for your own voice. Under the burden of all those voices, your own voice is lost. Your own voice is missing!


    Your mind is filled with all the voices of the crowd. You are driven here and there by the crowd. The crowd is fighting to claim a position in your mind. Each voice is telling that it is yourself. Amidst all these voices, your own voice never rises and shines. Your true self never even gets a chance.


    To discover your own voice and live a life led by your own voice, a meditative silence is needed in which the mind is free of all voices.

    To have love, truth and connection deeply rooted in your being, you have to transform your concentration into emptiness. Moving from a scattered mind to a one-pointed concentration is half the circle of meditation until it becomes emptiness.

    HAVING FIXED ONE'S EYE ON A PARTICULAR OBJECT, ONE SHOULD SLOWLY WITHDRAW THE GAZE FROM IT, AS WELL AS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THAT OBJECT ALONG WITH THE THOUGHT OF IT. THEN, O GODDESS, ONE BECOMES AN ABODE OF THE VOID.

    We are so much involved in the useless drama of life that we forget why we are here, why we are born - the most essential to remember. And we get busy with the mundane arrangements of life.

    They say that when you are born and take the first breath, you know for a very brief moment why you are born, why are you here. Then for the rest of this life, you are in a certain kind of forgetfulness about the essential. The illusion of this life, of this world, is so amazing that you forget. And then when you taking your last breath, is that moment again where you are reminded and the remembrance of why you were born, why you were here, flashes back. In between there is this forgetfulness, there is this absence of awareness. Not even a question ever occurs to us throughout our life, 'why am I here?' Through meditation, in this meditation session, I would like to urge you to remember why you are born, why you are here. To go into this contemplation, to go into this fact, why you are here. There is a lot of significance in entering this question and understanding and letting wisdom that comes out of it manifest in our life in all possible ways.

    Guided Meditation | Last Breath Imagination and Charka Healing

    There are 4 steps to this meditation:

    Step 1 - The Last Breath: Use your imagination to encounter the ultimate fear of Death. You will imagine as if every breath that you are taking is the very last breath. Focus on the exhalation and exhale as if it is the last breath out. You are not waiting for the next breath to come. If it comes, it comes. If it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t happen. Fully immerse yourself in the imagination of breathing as if it is your last breath. Amidst this process, you will see different shades of fear arising and leaving. After each last breath, there is no anger, greed, ego, purpose, etc. Fear is eliminating with every last breath. (5 min)

    Step 2 - Focus on Swadhisthana Chakra: Bring your awareness at the navel center, at 2 inches below the navel. When you are intensely fearful, this is the center that gets affected. Your fear is absorbed in the Swadhisthana Chakra, a.k.a Hara center, where life energies are situated. In fear, this center is where a deep inner trembling is happening. By bringing focus to this center and letting it relax, the stored fear is dissolved, and inner trembling comes to rest. (5 min)

    Step 3 - Shift to Anahata Chakra: Bring your awareness at the heart center, the region in your chest, and hold your attention at the heart center to tune into inner peace and love. If you find a sense of love, tune fully into it. If you feel more of peace arising out of the heart center, tune fully into that and stay with it. (5 min)

    Step 4 - Silence: Leave all effort and remain silent for some minutes. Aware of nothing in particular. (5 min)
