    110. How to Set Practical & Inspiring Relationship Goals (ENCORE EPISODE)

If I were to give you my best advice about relationships and whether or not now is the time to put a lot of effort into your relationship development, this is the main question I would ask… “Would you be able to continue with how things are right now indefinitely?”

If the answer is no (which it has been for me several times over the course of my 10-year marriage) this episode is for you.

In this encore episode (first released in January, 2023) of the Respected & Connected Podcast, we're talking about how to set practical and inspiring relationship goals. We discuss...

    • Why you might hesitate to set a goal, especially a relationship goal.
    • Three questions to help you discover a goal that is both practical and inspiring.
    • What to consider when you're making a plan that will keep you moving forward in a positive direction.
    • Two big mistakes to avoid when you're working on goals that involve people who matter the most.

    106. Do it Now! Do it Messy!!!

    106. Do it Now! Do it Messy!!!

In this special episode, I'm thrilled to share some exciting updates and changes with you.

The podcast is evolving. While these changes may feel significant to me, I acknowledge that they might not hold the same weight for you. But that's precisely what I want to discuss today: how we often overthink and assume that what matters to us matters equally to others.

As my work has evolved, I felt that the name "Keep Talking Revolution" no longer fully represents what we do.

This decision happened somewhat spontaneously and today I'm delving into the reasons behind this change and the lessons we can all take away from it.

    Two key takeaways:

    1. Recognize that the changes you make may matter more to you than to others, and that's perfectly fine.
    2. Embrace taking action, even if it gets messy. Waiting for the "perfect" moment can hold you back. Trust that you have what it takes to figure things out as you go.

We're incredibly grateful for your support and invite you to join us on this exciting journey with our new brand. Thanks for being part of this transition.
