    Scott Britton joins us this week as we discuss all things Battle Cancer. Scott founded the charity in 2017 after many of his close friends and loved ones had been affected by the disease. Since then it has raised over £800,000 for cancer charities across the globe, and helped nearly 5,000 athletes. Scott has also competed at several sanctional events and was an elite level powerlifter. We talk about how he founded the charity and how it's impacted the lives of others. And we have the very first edition of 10 in 10!

He is a seven-time regional athlete and has placed top five in the UK Open four times, as well as being a coach for CrossFit Bath. No equipment? Some equipment? A home gym? All possibilities are covered.
