My Only Friends Trailer
The TV Show Friends means so much to me and has always...been there for me.I came up with the title My Only Friends because sometimes it truly feels like the cast of friends are the only people I relate to,want to be around when my mental health gets bad, or after a long day of working in customer service. I was inspired to sit down with other creatives to learn what is their go to show, movie, or muscian that helps calm their anxiety or makes them feel more connected to themselves.
This podcast is for an open discussion about mental health and making people feel less alone through many art forms.
