    Virginia Stone Rogers is a passionate supporter of the child and committed to helping caregivers navigate the first years of parenting.

    Virginia has been around Montessori since birth, as the child of two Montessorians. She started working in classrooms in high school, and never went back! Virginia completed her Assistants to Infancy training (AMI) at Montessori Northwest in 2015. After leading a toddler program for 6 years Virginia took a year off to spend with her newborn son and commit to parent support work. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, cooking and learning about children.

    More about Maria:

    Maria Bautista was born in the Dominican Republic. She and her family migrated to the United Stated in the early 2000’s. As a fluent bilingual Spanish speaker, she experienced many disadvantages in her life. Her optimistic and vibrant demeanor helped turn those experiences around. She now proudly represents her heritage and loved ones.

    Maria holds an array of early childhood education certificates that aid in the developmental of the child. AMI 0-3 Montessori training, Infant Massage Therapist/Instructor, a Bachelor’s with a foundation in Montessori education, and soon to be a Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant are among of the accreditations, as well as a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. With over ten years of experience in the classroom, Maria’s goal is to assist parents by providing as much knowledge to assist in the child’s independence and overall child’s fullest potential.

    Passion, purpose, and dedication are words that describes her work ethic, in addition to emotional intelligence. She believes knowing yourself and other people are key to finding the root cause to any concern one may carry.
