Today is my ten year wedding anniversary with my husband Matt. I wanted to do a little reflecting on what I've learned from being married for 10 years and wrote down a list of 10 things (of course) that I decided to share with you.

Maybe you can put some or all of them into practice in your own relationships and see how they start to slowly but surely begin to make a shift into a more stable, deep, caring, balanced, and meaningful state. 

1. It's usually never about the other person.
2. Everything that annoys you about them is really a point of growth for you.
3. Don't sweat the small stuff.
4. Learn how to have conflicts and still come back together.
5. Listen to their feedback, even if you don't want to hear it.
6. They are mirroring back to you your wounds from childhood, but it's up to you to heal them.
7. Make time for each other.
8. No relationship is rainbows and butterflies. 
9.  Choose to see the good in them.
10. Set the intention that the relationship will be a tool for growth and you both intend to grow continuously.

I decided to do another solo episode, to share my experience of creating and developing my upcoming Costa Rica retreat and the fears that came up with it. I also wanted to talk about the importance of pushing oneself through discomfort to achieve growth and new levels of success.

In today's age of individualism and self-sovereignty, valuing ourselves and our unique abilities is essential. Trauma and societal programming can hinder us from achieving our goals, necessitating a change in perspective. By practicing self-love and self-acceptance, we can overcome the "worthiness barrier" and rise to new levels of consciousness, increasing productivity and success in all aspects of our lives. Being kind and compassionate to ourselves can help us become more self-accepting and productive.

I have the pleasure of introducing Julie Ryan to you. A psychic and medical intuitive, Julie can sense what medical conditions and illnesses a person has and facilitate energetic healings. In this episode I talk with Julia Balaz about everything related to Galactic Astrology, the soul’s evolution and where she sees the earth is at, as a whole, in this time in history. 

When she began as a practitioner she was studying “earthly lives” and looking into the Lunar Nodes to understand more about her clients. Kathryn grew up in a very toxic environment, having to live with her alcoholic father who passed away when she was 23.  During this time, her drinking “skyrocketed” as well as her “total self abuse”.  Her twenties were riddled with anxiety until her healing journey started when she joined a recovery program in New York and later lived in the “motherly energy” of Bali.

For her, “you just can’t give up alcohol and do nothing, you gotta give up alcohol and replace it with something else” and she was able to replace her alcohol intake with fitness programs. In this episode, she talks all about her challenges while facing her darkest demons during her sobriety journey and her time “putting the puzzle pieces together…”

This is a long due solo episode and "a vulnerable share" to demonstrate, from my own experiences, how transformation is possible in every aspect of our lives.
In 2020 I decided to quit my old job and start my own business. It was scary, changes usually are, but one key non-negotiable for me in this transformation phase was to have one-to-one high level mentorship. Even though money was tight, I knew I was investing in "where I wanted to be and not in where I was". Future vs Past.

As my business grew, I understood that "how you show up in your relationships is how you show up in your business and in your life". I had to go through a lot of changes and face tough situations in my marriage to understand that to not agree with someone does not equal to not loving that person. It seems like today's world pushes us to think that if someone does not agree with our opinion, it automatically turns them into our enemies. Bullsh$t!!!

I think it's important to ask ourselves: What am I doing to become a new and better version of myself?

This week’s guest is Amy Lea, astrologer, human design guide, energy practitioner and business mentor. 

After a “health crisis” in 2012, where she found out she had an autoimmune condition that “turned her world upside down”,  she became really interested in energetics and spirituality but never in a million years did she think she would end up working in this. 

She continued on her traditional career path for a long time but would experience cycles of intense burnout. Astrology was something she started doing for fun and pleasure, but one thing led to another and she is now fully committed to teaching both astrology and human design and helping business owners take off and “be in their power”. 

Amy explains that “awareness is everything” so when helping out her clients she always considers the “background frequency” that is going on as one does life because this is not always aligned with our truth and we must not let the outside transits take away our inner authority and our ability to make “sovereign empowered decisions”. 

For her, another key process is making sure you get out of your mind and into your body by tapping into the “heart-body coherence”, so that the mind can “step into the back seat, not be driving and dictating the show”, which is so important to begin any healing journey.
