     Okay. Guess what? I am getting right into it today and I am coming at you all from the comfort of my bed. 
    That is right. I am still in pajamas. I am back in bed, if you will, because I damn well want to be. And this podcast today, I am not even sure where it's going to go and what it's going to be and what it's going to say. 
    And I was thinking about it with morning coffee and just like feeling lack of motivation. And perhaps that's kind of what we're going to talk about today. 

    I don't want to say I'm feeling sad or depressed or anything like that in this moment, but just very like cool, calm, darker, hibernating kind of vibes were through the time change. Now the weather is getting colder for me where I'm at, we've already experienced our first snowfall. And I'm just feeling like hibernation mode. 

    I'm feeling kind of a little lack of motivation, which I just mentioned. And I want to talk about how that's okay. One of our most favorite statements here on Spiritual Podcast. So that's what we're going to talk about. We're going to just talk about what we do when we are feeling those kind of low energy or denser energy vibes and how it really, truly is.      Hello hello hello I am back and I am in dome, fresh off a wedding and a honeymoon. And I hope you guys enjoyed the last two podcasts, which were Compassionate Heart Meditation and Yoga Nidra Guided Sleep meditation.
    So it's my hope that you got to practice those and enjoy those while I was away.

    I am two days home from an epic honeymoon so jet lag is not too too bad. However, Eric and I went to bed at 9:00 last night. We slept till 9:00 this morning, so I feel like that's going to kind of reset our nervous system.

     So, as I said, we got married. So you guys, most of you, almost all of you know that. And today I'm just going to kind of talk about what the last two and a half weeks have been.
