I continue to see so many positive videos, stories, etc. be inundated by negative comments, and truth be told, it's bugging me. So this is me encouraging you, myself, and the rest of the world to hold onto hope. To seek out the good (and then not drag it down when we find it).

To be okay with going first toward positivity, higher frequencies, and true Christ consciousness.

Being a pessimist is the easy way out. Being an optimist takes determination, grit, and strength of character. I choose optimism.

We're in the middle of what's called the Lion's Gate Portal, and personally I have been feeling extremely tired. And while I can certainly point to and acknowledge all the physical reasons for it, I know there's always an energetic reason for it too.

The ebb and flow that comes with life can be pretty frustrating. Personally, I find it hard to keep a high level of consistency across all areas of my life! I'll get motivated and excited and keep things going for a little bit, but then I get discouraged, frustrated, or distracted, and I have even longer periods of inconsistency.

Why does everything have to take such a long time? Why does it seem to take 7-14 business days or 6-8 weeks or 3-6 months or even YEARS to reach the next version of ourselves?

Today we're talking about the crown chakra, the last of the in-body chakras and the ultimate one to open! This is our connection to God (and feel free to insert whatever you like to use--Spirit, Source, Universe, Divine, etc.).

This chakra is activated from day 1 but can be very easy to block prior to its full awakening--but it can also be opened at any time, no matter how blocked it has become.

I am not here to sway you in what to believe, but I believe that if you have felt disconnected from God or abandoned by God, working to unblock your crown chakra could absolutely change that for you.
