    The Everyday Heroine

Welcome to the Everyday Heroine! This podcast is meant to share insights and experiences about how ordinary women are doing extraordinary things to inspire women’s leadership.

I believe that inside every woman there is a superhero working her magic to pioneer a better life for herself, her family, her friends, and the rest of the world. To make things better women will need to discover the truth about what they are capable of.

Hello! My name is Maria Kauffman and after working for a few decades in my Engineering Career, it is my honor to share my stories and my excitement for the future of women’s leadership.

I know how frustrating and lonely it can be working as a woman in a male-dominated industry with little to no support to be yourself and pursue your dreams. It took me way too long to figure things out on my own.

In this podcast, you will find plenty of inspiring women in STEM, women in engineering, and women in leadership who are changing the world for the better by offering stories, tips, tricks, and strategies to help other women do the same.

The world needs you more than you know, and it has never been a more important time for women to lead!

Follow and tune in to The Everyday Heroine where we are redefining what is possible for the world! Or for more information, follow the link to my website!

Noticing Progress with Self-Growth for Career and Life Advancement - EP 013

Noticing Progress with Self-Growth for Career and Life Advancement - EP 013

The third P of the 3 Ps is the wildly controversial – Progress. Noticing progress with our self-growth improves our career and life advancements.

The 3 Ps are an easy way to break down the everyday practice of being a superheroine.

Meditation to me, seemed like it was easier. I had a false sense of thinking that movement couldn’t do anything to help me with practicing real peace. Of course, I was wrong!

Here are my top 3 suggestions for anyone starting with meditation…

    1. Seek guidance on the how to’s of a practice. There is a way to sit, a way to breathe, and a way to choose an object of focus for the meditation practice. I’ll share links in the show notes.
    2. Meditation practice is just like anything else you practice – start with 5-10 minutes a day and work your way up as you continue your practice.
    3. Explore different types of meditation because there are many different varieties. For example:
      1. Guided meditation – recommended for beginners where someone instructs you what to do and how to do the practice.
      2. Choose an object of focus for the meditation practice – like your breath or a physical object.
      3. Yoga Nidra which is more like meditation to me… I know it sounds weird like it’s yoga in the name, but this is one of my favorite meditations or yoga practices – which ever way you look at it.

That’s all I have for now on peace and practicing peace.

    Now on to the Playbook!

Let’s get into the outline! I have a final draft that goes like this:

    1. The Objective of the Game
    2. The Playing Field
    3. Skills, Talents, and Essence
    4. Connection, Inspiration, and Support
    5. Playing the Game
    6. Improper play, Illegal action, and misconduct
    7. Outside the Playing Field

And now for the third P in our 3 Ps – Progress

First – progress from highest level self

First, I like to look at progress from my highest-level self first. Coming from my coaching school, I follow a framework where there are two types of energy and seven different levels. My highest level self is that part of me that witnesses my life ever so patiently over the course of a lifetime.

Second – progress from the lowest level self

Next, I like to look at progress from my lowest level self. This is the highly judgmental part of me that requires a judgment on whether the circumstance is good or bad, success or failure, happy or sad, your fault or my fault… on and on and on!

Third – progress from the authentic self

This leads us to the third level of perspective I like to talk about when I talk about progress– which is somewhere in between our highest-level self and our lowest-level self is our authentic self.

Sharon Salzberg is a wonderful guided meditation resource, and she will often say ever so soft in the middle of a guided mediation… that when a thought comes up – ‘just notice it’. I’m sharing a link where you can hear an interview she has on the topic of lovingkindness.

As I bring this episode to a close, I’ll sum up the 3Ps once again…

    • Peace – Practicing peace offers you a mechanism for accessing your inner strength especially when you are not practicing and when you need it the most.
    • Playbook – A new perspective and guide on playing the game of life for the Everyday Heroine, i.e. empowered woman
    • Progress – Actualize your advancements by noticing your progress.

Playing the Game of Life Like an Everyday Heroine - EP 012

Playing the Game of Life Like an Everyday Heroine - EP 012

This episode highlights the playbook part of the 3Ps. Playing the game of life is easier than you think. The outline for the playbook begins to take shape right here and now. Gain a different perspective on how you may want to go about playing the game of life. This offers women the opportunity to see many different paths for success, joy, and fulfillment in life and in your career. Be sure to stay positive with this playful and light-hearted approach.

    Let’s get into the playbook!

Here's how I’m going to do it.

The Official Rules for playing Major League Baseball offers a baseline starting point. This feels like the perfect place to start. Starting here has not been a disappointment yet.

The outline creates a clear intention that these are not rules for anything. It begins to form a Women’s Empowerment Playbook. Consider this a guide for Playing the Game of Life.

    Let’s get into the outline!

    1. The Objective of the Game – this will remain straight from Major League Baseball.
    2. The Playing Field – not only will remain, but this looks like what I would call potential for fun! A baseball diamond turns into the playground of our dreams. An exercise in creativity seems necessary to draw a new field of play.
    3. Equipment and Uniforms – modify this to include Skills, Talents, and the Essence of being a Woman.
    4. Game Preliminaries – this is modified or adapted for an upgrade to – Connection, Inspiration, and Support.
    5. Playing the Game – this remains because that is the point. We play the game, like it or not. Pick your attitude for play on a playground or a battlefield. You choose in each and every moment.
    6. Improper play, Illegal action, and misconduct – I’m pretty sure this is perfect and a must-have for any women’s empowerment guide for playing the game of life.
    7. Ending the Game - modify to be playing off the playing field. The game does not end. Special conditions address situations that are special. Don’t worry I have ideas for where we need to go with this!

For now, that’s what we are looking at as our outline for the playbook. The official rules for MLB is a 188-page document. The playbook is going to be a body of knowledge in the making. Practice patience in sending feedback. We look forward to receiving it.

The last P completes the trifecta. Progress keeps us looking forward to the next episode.

Progress – if there is no progress there is probably no point. We will tackle progress in future episodes.

3 Practices to Becoming an Everyday Heroine - EP 011

3 Practices to Becoming an Everyday Heroine - EP 011

Practicing the 3 P’s from a day in the life of an Everyday Heroine is easier than you think. When you play the game of life with the 3Ps, amazing things will happen. The dream life that you desire will manifest, or something even better, beyond your wildest dreams.

What brings you to the Everyday Heroine? Whatever the reason is that brought you to this podcast, you are in the perfect place. It is a perfect time. You are obviously an Everyday Heroine. Consider this one of many ways you are answering your call to greatness.

No doubt there is something in you that is pushing or pulling you toward a new adventure to journey. Regardless of whether you are here out of inspiration or desperation, you have the chance to step into something heroic.

Women in our modern times are facing challenges that need to be addressed in a new and different way. The best way to address these challenges is to do it like a superheroine. I believe that is what we are here for, to leave the world better than we found it. And each of us has a very special and powerful way to do that.

The whole world gets brighter when you are the best you can be.

    So let’s get into it!

    Peace

Peace offers you a mechanism to access your inner strength. The way to do this is to practice peace on a daily or regular basis. You can also call it a practice of self-care or self-love.

Breathing exercises are becoming a popular thing these days, so you can simply count to 10 or backward from 10 to get some peace. That honestly works. Do those 10 times a day and it will work wonders.

There are tons of apps that you can use. Wim Hof has a 30 challenge with 10-minute meditations each day and a breathing exercise where the app guides you through the paces.

    Playbook

The playbook is meant to help you gain a different perspective on how you may want to go about playing the game of life. It offers women the opportunity to see many different paths for success in life and in their careers with a playful and light-hearted approach.

    Progress

Progress may not always be what you think but we will tackle progress in future episodes.

For now, enjoy your adventures and journey responsibly!

Changing Everything in a World Full of Illusions - EP 010

Changing Everything in a World Full of Illusions - EP 010

Geena Davis is changing everything. She goes beyond being an Everyday Heroine onscreen and offscreen.

The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media has a tagline which states ‘If she can see it, she can be it’. The movie ‘This Changes Everything’ (currently playing on Netflix) brings to light what makes this tagline so important for everyone and what we can do about it.

Geena Davis says, when she was young she read that feminists are ruining the world and thought I don’t want to be one of those if they are ruining the world. All she wanted to do was be a movie star.

Part I - She answers a call to greatness when she gets the part of Thelma in Thelma & Louise. Sometimes you don’t even know you are stepping into your greatness when it happens. You follow your bliss and then you realize it later.

Watching this movie, they slowly unravel what has been happening since Thelma & Louise. The Geena Davis Institute of Gender in Media connects the dots for us. We can see the unseen with irrefutable data.

Part II – Initiation, like Geena did when she took the part of Thelma, you must follow your bliss and enter the forest to walk your own path, slay the dragon and create personal transformation.

Part III of the heroine’s journey, the return where you transform others by being yourself. This is what change looks like! Now that we get a glimpse of how it can be done, it’s time to do more work. We have other sectors of the workforce to fill with smart and capable women.

While some industries have seen improvements for women, Hollywood continues to present roadblocks for its female storytellers.

The story of Maria Giese is an Everyday Heroine story within an Everyday Heroine story. She says, 'I wanted to be a director because I wanted to have a voice.'

The documentary takes us on the journey to witness the fight for equality for women in Hollywood. Being a director comes with some challenging obstacles for tackling gender bias.

The failure to enforce Title VII has allowed gender inequality in Hollywood to continue unabated for decades.

Here's what Geena did for Part III – The Return to tell others her story…

Data turns out to be the magic bullet in this case because the bias is unconscious.

In 2012 Geena and the Institute received a Global Impact Award from Google to advance the research.

Hartwig Adam, Google’s machine learning research specialist says, ‘It takes one minute to use this new software to process approximately one film.’

In May of 2015 after an investigation instigated by Maria Giese’s activism the ACLU drafts a 15 page letter to the US government.

ACLU came to the conclusion that it was a really serious civil rights problem that deserved the attention of the EEOC.

What to do to take action?

    • Never give up!
    • Be the change you wish to see in the world and make choices that support the legacy you want for yourself, your family, your family’s future, and for the world.
    • Don’t let the status-quo be the loudest voice to vote.
    • Send a clear message that your daughters and sons deserve every chance they can get to see the brightest future possible.
    • Be a conscientious consumer.
    • And most importantly, be an Everyday Heroine.

Geena Davis ends by saying if I could go back and say something to my teenage self, I would say a feminist is exactly what you want to be because it’s good for everybody.

Finding Bliss, Slaying Dragons, and Inspiring Women - EP 009

Finding Bliss, Slaying Dragons, and Inspiring Women - EP 009

Let’s take a journey for the sake of inspiring women and changing the world. Hopefully, you agree that Joseph Campbell is incredibly worthy of being the first man featured on the show.

For years, I searched to find that magical one thing that every other thing comes from when it comes to inspiring leadership. I was raised on superhero cartoons, Charlie’s Angels, and The Bionic Woman. Not only was I inspired by these characters, but I believed I could live life in some real way like a superheroine.

In the movie ‘Finding Joe’ they begin with a quote by Joseph Campbell which says, ‘I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.’

Joe was a philosopher, and he was able to see the truth when most people have lost sight of it. I watched the DVD series on The Power of Myth and I’ve also read his books - The Hero’s Journey and The Hero with a Thousand Faces. The books are pretty intense and give incredible detail of the myth and the interpretations of the myths.

Robert Walter is the President of the Joseph Campbell Foundation and he tells us - The Heroine’s Journey is a pattern or an algorithm broken down into three parts – Separation, Initiation, and Return. Like a true engineer, I love a great algorithm.

Robert Walter tells us we have 3 options when the call to journey comes:

    1. Surrender to victimhood
    2. Give your victimhood to someone by asking them to just tell you what to do
    3. Realize you have a choice here and you are responsible for your own adventure

Here are the steps to Slaying the Dragon

    1. 1st stop fighting it!
    2. Notice that part of you that is fighting
    3. Allow yourself to grow a bigger sense of yourself from what you notice
    4. You may choose to love your dragon! It feels a lot better when you look at it this way! This is optional and highly recommended to accelerate your growth.
    5. Receive the gift your dragon gives you when you love your darkness.

A Heroine’s Journey has basically three major parts. Separation, Initiation, and Return

Part I – In Separation – we answer a call to be separated from a world of illusions for a world that helps us further understand a meaningful truth, you are ready to resist the status quo.

Part II – In initiation – You are finding your bliss… you enter the forest and walk your own path to find your dragon, exercise the courage to fight your inner demons, slay the dragon, and achieve a personal transformation.

Part III – The Return – You share your story of transformation with others to make the world a better place and you have the privilege of a lifetime of being who you are.

Many thanks to the amazing people who were interviewed in the movie ‘Finding Joe’

Rashida Jones, Catherine Hardwicke, Rebecca Armstrong, Sir Ken Robinson, Deepak Chopra, Robin Sharma, Alan Cohen, Chunglian Al Huang, Gay Hendricks, Brian Johnson, Avika Goldsman, and the producers of ‘Finding Joe’ Patricia Frazier and Patrick Solomon.

We encourage everyone to journey responsibly and to reach out to mental health professions for support. Never hesitate to ask for help and to get the support you need.

Check out our show notes for mental health links and hotlines in the US.

Amping Up Massive Connections from Hidden Figures - EP 007

Amping Up Massive Connections from Hidden Figures - EP 007

Inspiring women in our nation’s history make massive connections from Hidden Figures. Learn how an everyday life story from childhood turns into a wildly comforting act of storytelling. Margot Lee Shetterly takes a chat with her Dad and a reaction from her husband and turns it into a box office hit. As a result, the rising stars in the world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) are powerfully motivated by this movie.

In this episode, Hidden Figures are the featured Everyday Heroines from the storytelling efforts of Margot Lee Shetterly.

At the beginning of this episode, the assumption starts with the idea that you have seen the movie ‘Hidden Figures.’ With some curiosity, the purpose is to discover what makes this movie so popular and what factors may have contributed to its success.

First, discover the four women considered to be leaders during the timeframe of ‘Colored Computers’ at NASA in the late 1950s – 1960s. The four women were Dorothy Vaughan, Mary Jackson, Katherine Johnson, and Christine Darden. Christine presents her leadership in books with the same title.

Next, you are presented with some complimentary information and perspectives about the President of the USA, the Olympics, and the women’s movement. These various points of view help the listener to understand how everything and everyone is related in life. One act inspires another act that turns into an unstoppable force for change.

Stories from the movie reflect real-life events. These stories find massive connections from 'Hidden Figures' viewers. Going a step further, we become more aware that the whole world continues to battle the same behaviors. This calls into question the reality of progress over the decades.

An added perspective uncovers the underlying facts that make this movie so influential. Comparing the current reviews between this movie and another recently popular movie speaks volumes for its true popularity. Find more reviews here for ‘Hidden Figures’ and ‘Captain Marvel.’

The White House Hidden Figures Event shares more commentary here. President Obama awards Katherine Johnson the Medal of Freedom

Statistical data makes the information compelling for the advancement of women in the Olympics. The Chicago Tribune details a timeline that also supports improvement. Pulling these together, a synergy forms between womanly acts of courage.

Battling the Darkest Side of the Good Old Boys Club - EP 006

Battling the Darkest Side of the Good Old Boys Club - EP 006

Temple Grandin battles the ‘Good Old Boys Club’ like a superheroine. Her story inspires the new age playbook for overcoming obstacles for success.

In this episode, Temple Grandin is the featured Everyday Heroine from the movie ‘Temple Grandin.’ Temple is a great example of women's leadership with Autism.

The whole world is an obstacle for Temple, but she never lets it hold her back from a dream life. She meets her challenges with inspiration, grace, and grit while leaving the haters in the dust.

First, you discover how determined her mother is to educate her daughter. Her mother persistently teaches Temple on her own. She refused to listen to the doctors even after the Autism diagnosis.

Second, you find how important a great teacher can be during high school. Dr. Carlock also learns how to teach Temple. He teaches her by using pictures. He inspires Temple when he tells her to look at life as a series of doors that she can open to see what is on the other side.

Third, spending the Summer with a loving Aunt and Uncle gives Temple creative space. Living on the ranch gives her many chances to design and build mechanical projects. It also allows her to make a deep connection with cows. Most importantly she makes a connection from how a mechanical device can bring peace to an agitated animal.

During her higher education, she becomes immune to harsh teasing and bullying. She goes on to create huge success with her education, career, and life. Autism does not hold her back from anything and she shows the world what is possible through women's leadership with Autism.

Finally, the episode closes with the importance of the one strategy she used to grow:

    • Recognize an opportunity in life as a door
    • Then, decide to go through the door
    • Lastly, see what is on the other side

Information presented in this episode was sourced from the movie ‘Temple Grandin.’

Avoiding the Greatest Scam in US Patent History - EP 005

Avoiding the Greatest Scam in US Patent History - EP 005

Hedy Lamarr suffers the greatest scam in US Patent history. Her story becomes a playbook of lessons on avoiding the greatest scam in US Patent history.

In this episode, Hedy Lamarr is the featured Everyday Heroine from the movie ‘Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story’ and the book ‘Hedy’s Folly’ by Richard Rhodes.

Right from the start, you see that the Hedy Lamarr story never has a dull moment.

First, you discover how her father was a very positive figure in her life. Her father encouraged her to be herself. He also taught her how to be curious about how things worked. He had a natural interest in technology that also inspired Hedy.

Second, you learn that her claim to fame came from her remarkable beauty. She was so beautiful that her image inspired legendary creations by others.

Third, you see how turbulent her life plays out as she works to do something important in life. She goes from rich to poor and from inspiration to desperation as she lives a high-profile life in a superficial world.

Every woman should be knowledgeable in avoiding the greatest scam in life. Imagine what the world would look like with more billionaire women. Imagine the beauty that would exist when women influence the world economy.

Finally, I wrap up the episode by sharing three lessons from Hedy on how to:

    • Overcome your mistakes while ignoring the public
    • Handle your greatest asset, which may or may not also be your greatest curse
    • Experience more lucidity

Plus, I add some insight on what makes Hedy our featured Everyday Heroine.

Becoming the Highest Paid Woman in the US - EP 004

Becoming the Highest Paid Woman in the US - EP 004

In this episode, Mae West is the featured Everyday Heroine from the movie ‘Mae West: Dirty Blonde’.

First, I set the stage for this episode to be a ‘judgment-free zone’. You are inclined to be more inspired with a 'judgment-free zone' when studying Mae West. A real-life example of being judgmental helps us understand why it can limit us from learning.

Then Mae West inspires us to be empowered with her examples of achieving success. She teaches us how to become the highest-paid woman in the US. I pull out the major tips to become the highest-paid woman in the US in 1935.

I uncover the highlights of her massive achievements during the Great Depression.

Throughout the episode, I apply the 7 defining characteristics of the Everyday Heroine to the dynamic career of Mae West.

Finally, I wrap up the episode by answering three questions.

    • What did she do? She lived her dream life with a 70-year long career.
    • How did she do it? She completely believed in herself.
    • Why should we care about her? She was unstoppable and we need more unstoppable women.

Plus, I add some insight on why a judgment-free zone is so important for progress.

May It Please the Court - EP 003

May It Please the Court - EP 003

In this episode, Ruth Bader Ginsberg is the featured Everyday Heroine from the movies ‘RBG’ and ‘On the Basis of Sex’.

I give perspective on the many career phases and legal contributions that Ruth Bader Ginsberg brought to the laws of our country. She sets an incredible example of what is possible over a long and mighty career in the legal profession during a time when women were not wanted in the law.

Throughout the episode, I apply the 7 defining characteristics of the Everyday Heroine to the stories of RBG.

Then, I highlight the commentary about RBG’s strategy by Kathleen Peratis from the ACLU to inspire a simple yet powerful approach for creating change in the world. [26:26]

Finally, I use my perspective on Ruth’s career phases to inspire others to see the infinite possibilities of creating a career path that suits each woman’s unique life to make her dreams come true.

By the end of this episode, I expose the 7 defining characteristics of an Everyday Heroine as they relate to Ruth Bader Ginsberg as follows:

    1.    [15:20] Answers her call to greatness with her skills or talents

    2.    [12:25] Goes against the status quo to make the world a better place

    3.    [19:33] Works toward self-mastery

    4.    [9:16] Has the freedom to explore her passion & purpose in a way that inspires women’s leadership

    5.    [28:26] Shows evidence of transformation

    6.    [18:09] Must be a real human person, not a fictional character

    7.    [27:40] Must earn notable accomplishments

The story of RBG transcends gender and generations. It is incredibly impressive to see how such a small, quiet, and smart woman can change the world through a passionate career in law.

Information presented in this episode was sourced from two movies ‘RBG’ and ‘On the Basis of Sex’.

Fleecing of the Feminine - EP 002

Fleecing of the Feminine - EP 002

In this episode of The Everyday Heroine, the Mercury 13 are featured as Everyday Heroines from the movie ‘Mercury 13’.

I give perspective on the many contributions that the Mercury 13 added to aviation, space flight, and women’s leadership. I hope to inspire the audience to also pursue their dreams after seeing these women as great examples.

I define the concept of the ‘Fleecing of the Feminine’ [4:25] and where the inspiration comes from while applying that concept to the issues women continue to face today. I share my life experiences with examples of being fleeced by others [23:30].

Throughout the episode, I apply the 7 defining characteristics of the Everyday Heroine to the stories of the Mercury 13 as seen from my perspective of the movie.

I use many inspirational quotes from the Mercury 13 that were used in the movie to help inspire women today to achieve their own greatness.

From my curiosity, I compliment my view of the movie by doing a little research on questions that came up for me as I explored what was going for these women during that timeframe. When it seems fitting, I explore some curiosities outside the information from the movie.

By the end of this episode, I expose the 7 defining characteristics of an Everyday Heroine as they relate to the Mercury 13 as follows:

    1.    [9:47] Answers her call to greatness with her skills or talents

    2.    [8:10] Goes against the status quo to make the world a better place

    3.    [20:25] Works toward self-mastery

    4.    [11:10] Has the freedom to explore her passion & purpose in a way that inspires women’s leadership

    5.    [26:58] Shows evidence of transformation

    6.    [14:54] Must be a real human person, not a fictional character

    7.    [30:33] Must earn notable accomplishments

The story of the Mercury 13 has continued past the creation of the movie with current events that are happening this month for one of the Mercury 13, Wally Funk.

Some details about the Mercury 13 and the historical information presented in this movie were sourced from here. I watched the movie 'Mercury 13' on Netflix.

Introducing The Everyday Heroine - EP 001

Introducing The Everyday Heroine - EP 001

    Introducing – The Everyday Heroine

In this introductory episode of The Everyday Heroine, I introduce Marie Curie as our first featured ‘Everyday Heroine’.

The 2019 movie 'Radioactive' is used as inspiration and guidance for helping us understand the challenges that Marie faced and how she handled and overcame those obstacles.

I will weave in the opportunity to tell my own story so that you get a chance to know a little about me, Maria Kauffman, and my new mission.

And by the end of the episode, I present the 7 defining characteristics that answer the one question everyone may be asking and that is… what is an Everyday Heroine?

I use some inspirational quotes from Marie herself like ‘Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.’

I like to inspire women to think of themselves as heroines because ordinary women are doing extraordinary things every day.

I use various sources including the movie Radioactive to learn about Marie Curie and to help compare and contrast both of us to the concept of an Everyday Heroine.

By following the story of how Marie discovers two elements in the movie, I present the 7 defining characteristics of an Everyday Heroine while sharing stories of my own life.

By the end of this episode, I recap the 7 defining characteristics of an Everyday Heroine as follows:

    1. [4:18] Answers her call to greatness with her skills or talents
    2. [9:50] Goes against the status quo to make the world a better place
    3. [12:15]  Works toward self-mastery
    4. [16:05] Has the freedom to explore her passion & purpose in a way that inspires women’s leadership
    5. [17:10] Shows evidence of transformation
    6. [17:45] Must be a real human person, not a fictional character
    7. [18:10] Must earn notable accomplishments

Because there is a huge stretch between me and Marie Curie, I explain how important it is not to compare yourself to others. What is most important is finding the Everyday Heroine inside yourself so that you too, live a heroic life that is rewarding and satisfying through a prosperous career.

Stay in your own lane and focus on yourself. The Everyday Heroine is intended to bring you inspiration and education for transformation. It is meant to help you tap into that inner strength so that we can all live a satisfying and rewarding life.

You are being called to journey to your greatness. Remember, say yes to the adventure.

Some details about Marie Curie were sourced from here. I watched the movie 'Radioactive' on Amazon Prime.

    The Everyday Heroine Trailer

In this podcast, you will find plenty of inspiring women who are changing the world for the better by offering stories, tips, tricks, and strategies to help other women do the same.

The world needs you more than you know, and it has never been a more important time for women to lead!
