    Shucker Paddy had been shucking oysters for over 20 years, and his love for these bivalve mollusks was evident in everything he did. During the RC Show 2023, Shucker Paddy showed us how to shuck oysters like a pro, and he even shared some of his favorite recipes for cooking and serving oysters. He talked about the different types of oysters, their flavor profiles, and how to pair them with different wines and other beverages.

    Throughout the episode, Shucker Paddy shared his thoughts on the sustainability of oysters, and why they were such an important part of our ecosystem. He explained how oysters filtered the water, removed pollutants, and created a habitat for other marine life.
