    Clearance rates plummeted, buyers weren't pulling the trigger, and prices were dropping.

    On Tuesday there's a chance that there might not be a rate rise. There's no decision that's been made. 

    What would I do right now if I was the seller? I'd put my home on the market. There's not a lot of stock. There's not a lot of stock. You'll get good money.

    But, to get your commission, you need to know how to protect your position as the outgoing or the incoming agent:
