Have you ever stopped to think about how incredible it is that women create life inside of them and then have the strength to push that life out of them through a hole that shouldn't be physically possible? Mom, mommy, mother, ma, mama, we go by so many names, but they all mean the same thing, the one who gave us life. Us moms are so critical of our bodies that changed after carrying our babies, but what if we could start to see things differently? What if we start to love our altered bodies and stop obsessing over getting back to the "prepregnancy" bodies? What if we could learn to love and cherish our tiger stripes as we love our children they came from?

What do you see when you look in the mirror? What do you think girls see when they look in the mirror? At what point in a young girls life does the reflection they see start to change into something they want to change? How can we help them change their view of themselves into something they love and not something they want to disguise behind a filter? Helping girls to like what they see and find the beauty in their reflection will help grow them into women who see they beauty in themselves as well!

Brokenness comes in all forms. Life has a way of breaking us down and shattering our worlds. Many times our lives are broken through something that happened to us, not by something we chose. This can leave us feeling ashamed, weak and guilty for being anything less than whole. We want you to know it is ok to be broken, it is ok to allow others to help you heal. A little about me! Hi, I'm Sarah Seaberg, creator of Unfiltered: Raw. Real. Honest. I made this video to share the exciting things I've been doing lately and give a little background as to why I'm doing those things! I talk about the 100 Smiles Project that I started Feb. 1, 2023, to collect the smiles of 100 women and girls ages 10 and up from the West Michigan area in order to spread the joy that comes from real authentic smiles! This has been an incredible project for me personally, as I was battling terrible anxiety and depression even as recently as Jan. of 2023. This project has given me a purpose, a reason to get up everyday and has filled me with so much joy my face hurts from smiling all day long everyday now! I also talk about the podcast I am launching on March 8, 2023 (International Women's Day) called Unfiltered. This is a podcast from women for women to bring raw, real honest conversations about every topic that is relevant to women and girls in an authentic, uncensored way. I desire to empower women and teach women and girls how to love themselves well. I also talk about the Learn to Love Yourself sessions that I will be holding in my studio for girls and women. The sessions are designed to help girls and women discover their authentic, true beauty and learn to see themselves as the incredible people that they are.

As women we are so hard on ourselves, we find flaws in every area of our bodies. We want you to be able to have a more positive body image and learn to discover how to really love yourself, every inch of you! We want you to look in the mirror and love what you see "flaws" and all. From young girls to moms, to grandmas and every woman in between, all ages, body types, shades, hair colors, ability levels...all of them are equally beautiful and worthy of love! Well, here it is! Welcome to our first episode of Unfiltered. We are raw, we are real and we are honest. We are unashamed and unafraid to have open, transparent and filter free conversations about all kinds of very important topics facing women and girls these days. We are three women from three different backgrounds and three different decades who have come together to speak truth in love into women's lives. We have extensive experiences between the three of us. We have all been wounded, broken and ashamed but refused to let that define who we are. We have all been healed, restored and redeemed, letting that define us instead. We have 20 children between the three of us and 15 grandchildren, so you could say we have some parenting under our belts as well! 
There will be laughter, there will be tears and there will be raw, real and honest emotions in our conversations. Nothing silenced, nothing filtered, nothing too difficult to talk about.

Sarah Seaberg shares the history behind the Unfiltered Podcast. Raw, real honest conversations about the purpose of this podcast and how she found her two co-hosts Heidi Woldhuis and Tricia Harmon.  The trailer will give you a glimpse into Sarah's heart for women and her desire to live as authentically as possible.
