UNFILTERED PODCAST: Mental Health Awareness Talking about Depression S:1 Ep: 9
May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
All month long we will be talking about different aspects of mental health. Today's episode kicks off our series with a raw, real and honest discussion about Depression. Both Heidi and Sarah have experienced this first hand and share candidly about how that feels and how to help someone going through depression. Depression doesn't make any logical sense, it doesn't always have a direct cause and can show up unexpectedly in our lives. Depression is very real and affects millions of people.
We are here for you, if you or someone you love are experiencing depression, we would love to talk to you and walk beside you through it. We are not doctors or therapists, just women who have been through it and can relate to you.
