Manuela Seve is the CEO and co-founder of Alphaa.io, a Web3 company with a majority of female employees changing the way we think of asset ownership by connecting the physical and digital realms via blockchain certification.  Using Web3 to help brands build community and loyalty, her clients include major sports teams and fashion powerhouses. Brazilian-born and Los Angeles-based, Manuela has been a thought leader in the tech and collectibles sector for the past 8 years. She was named by Bloomberg in 2022 one of the top 100 influential Latinos worldwide, as well as 33 under 33 entrepreneurs in 2018. She has moderated and led panels on Web3 at major industry events including the Bushwick film festival, Stanford GSB, L’Attitude, NFT LA & NYC, and more. Her panel submission, “NFTs for Real World Problems,” won TechCrunch Disrupt’s Audience Choice Award in 2022.

Keisha Greaves is the CEO and founder of Girls Chronically Rock, supporting people in the disability community with her inspiring and adaptive tees, hoodies, accessories, and swimwear. Diagnosed at age 24 with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, Keisha went on a mission to celebrate those with Muscular Dystrophy and other chronic illnesses to look their best with the convenience of clothes that are easy to put on and take off. She also founded two non-profits:  The GCR Adaptive Project, providing adaptive fashion supplies and tools to college fashion students so they can learn to design more inclusively, and the Trust Your Abilities Nonprofit for People of Color, helping people of color in the disability community access much needed resources and support, from uninsured medical equipment to accessible vehicles and school scholarships. Ratchel Pinlac is the Founder and CEO of Pinsy, a shapewear brand that eliminates the shame of a “hidden secret” by making it fashionable outerwear. Ratchel, who started wearing shapewear at age 9 as she struggled with negative body image issues, shares how she grew frustrated with the lack of shapewear options in department stores.  On a mission to elevate women’s self-confidence, Ratchel left her corporate job to bootstrap Pinsy and grow a massive following on TikTok, where her customers share all the creative ways they wear Pinsy from daytime casual to evening wear.

Dr. Gala Gorman is a licensed acupuncturist, naturopath, and author who offers practical advice and programs to reverse health issues resulting from chronic stress. She helps women relieve their symptoms, restore their energy, and reclaim their "Super Woman" status. After selling her accounting firm 27 years ago, Gala followed her passion for alternative medicine and new technologies, and advocates for getting to the root cause of the health issue and treating it naturally with new approaches.
