Picking The Perfect Restaurants, Food Scene In Washington D.C., And Impactful Food Moments With Kelci Reedy

Kelci Reedy is the writer behind Foodish Ways, a Washington D.C. based blog that encourages readers to explore food in their own city.

Kelci's fascination with traveling for food started when she attended college in NYC and was completely surrounded by every type of food imaginable. By exploring the city, Kelci grew a better understanding of herself and other food cultures. She realized that so much can be understood about a place by how its food connects everyone.

Since Kelci is a local of Washington D.C., she takes this interview to help us plan the perfect trip to the nation's capital.

Episode 67: Top 6 Women In-Depth Podcasts for Binge & Emotional Eating

Episode 67: Top 6 Women In-Depth Podcasts for Binge & Emotional Eating
Welcome to the podcast! Today’s episode will be a little different, because I am not interviewing everyone else, it will just be me. I am delighted to share the top 6 Women In-Depth podcasts for binge and emotional eating, as put together in a blog post by my dear friend and colleague Jodie Gale.

Jodie has a private practice in Sydney, Australia and is a Soul-Centred Psychotherapist, Eating Psychology Specialist, and leading specialist in women’s emotional, psychological and spiritual health and well-being.

    A few quick announcements:

*I’m very excited to share that Women in-Depth has been downloaded over a 110,000 times in over 130 countries! It’s incredibly moving and humbling to see how the podcast has grown and is making a difference in the lives of listeners. Thank you so much for your support in this process; and for listening and sharing the podcast.

*I’m  taking a much needed break from releasing any new episodes until after the New Year. This is something I plan to do twice a year to rest, recharge, spend time with the family and get into a creative space for planning future episodes.

Finally, Meeting Your Shadow, a five day self-guided exploration of shadow, will be available at a discounted Holiday rate until December 31st, 2017 at 11:59 (Pacific Standard Time).
