    23/01/2024 - Cenário do açai

    23/01/2024 - Cenário do açai

    LiveMore Organics - Julia Klein

I am willing to bet you don’t drink smoothies because they are too much of a hassle. You have to purchase multiple bags of frozen fruit from the grocery store, portion it out, blend it all together, and then pour it all into a separate cup that I suspect is not built for travel. It’s just too complicated. With 80 years of family fruit expertise, LiveMore Organics has created the world’s first 100% Organic Certified Smoothie Cup that can be delivered right to your doorstep. These high-quality smoothie cups can be ready to drink in 90 seconds, making them ideal for those of us on the go. In this episode, we spoke with Julia Klein, the cofounder of LiveMore Organics about why frozen bags of fruit are the problem, how fruit improves digestion, and why you don’t need 1 million followers on Instagram to make an impact.

#029 Rostschutz für unsere Zellen durch rote Beeren

Was sind freie Radikale? Wie entstehen sie? Warum sind sie schädlich?

Wie kann mich davor schützen? Wo finde ich Antioxidantien? Wie viel ORAC brauche ich?

    Hier nochmals die wichtigsten Zahlen:

    1 Zigarettenzug = 1.000.000.000 freie Radikale!!

    Tagesbedarf: 6.000 ORAC! (für Nichtraucher)

    100gr. Bio Apfel = 210 ORAC = 2,8kg Apfel für 6.000 ORAC!!

    Hoher Antioxidantienwert: ACAI Beeren

    Meine Empfehlung:

Buch Sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe v. Anja Bettina Irmler & Georg Wolz

    Produktempfehlung: Beerensaftkonzentrat MISTIFY von Synergy

1-2x täglich 30ml pur – 1Minute im Mund behalten, dann genießen.

From wikipedia As son to the late Grandmaster Helio Gracie, Royler is a member of the Gracie family. He holds a 7th degree red/black belt in the style pioneered by his family, Brazilian jiu-jitsu.[11] Prior to his retirement, Royler competed in the black-belt ranks for 20+ years. Royler is also a four-time World Jiu-Jitsu Champion in the Pena/Featherweight Black Belt Category and has placed in the Absolute Division. Royler has a professional mixed martial arts record of five wins, five losses and one draw. His retirement fight came on September 14, 2011 at the age of 45 when he lost to Masakatsu Ueda via split decision.[12] Royler Gracie had a highly anticipated rematch against Eddie Bravo on March 29, 2014 at Metamoris III in a submission only competition format. Despite a tight calf slicer submission attempt and multiple groin stretch attempts by Eddie, Royler did not tap and the match concluded as a draw.
