    Today's episode I tell you the harmful impact alcohol can have on our bodies over time. This is something I use to personally struggle with, so I am very passionate in this episode. The 8 Tips are for anyone looking to slow down their drinking or kick the habit all together. There is nothing wrong with drinking in moderation, but its always good to know the impact it can have on our bodies in the long run. Also, if you are a fitness minded person, and you are not seeing the scale budge but you still continue to go out or go home and drink night after night, this could be a reason you are not seeing results that you want.
