In today's episode, I talk about how difficult it is to walk away from an unhealthy relationship, whether that be a friendship or a romantic partner. Be kind to yourself, do the things you love to do, and remind yourself that in order to see the progress you just have to do the work.

I'm sorry for going MIA btw, things got challenging reaaaal quickly. I'm excited to be back though <3

If you're new, I hope you enjoy!
