    Welcome back on this podcast where every month I'm taking on a very special journey behind the scenes of my preparation towards Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Every month I'll talk about 3 topics related with personal situations that happened to me during the month prior, as well as thoughts and tips I used to help me get through it.

    What are the 3 topics we talk about in this first episode ?

    1: How to mentally deal with injuries ? And more than that : how to deal with unforeseen situations that are (very) bothering? 

    A : I consider things don’t happen to me, they happen *for* me.
    B :  I asked myself « what are good things this unforeseen situation allows me to get ? »
    😄 ask yourself « how is this situation allowing me to grow ? What are new things I can learn and practice thanks to that situation ? » 

    2: How to feel confident when you have to be good / to perform at important situations?

    A: Remember past difficult situations similar as the one you’re going through that you succeeded at overcoming.
    B: Find a way to get into your own zone.
    😄 Don’t just get ready, stay ready.

    3 : How to feel calmer and decrease your stress level during anxious situations?

    A: Focus on one or two simple tasks.
