"Why Do You Want to be a Leader" with Jon S Rennie

Why do you want to be a leader? a simple question but maybe not so simple to answer.

Leaders have responsibility for all that happens and it takes a lot of work.  But if you are only looking for fame and fortune, are you really a leader?

Jon S Rennie, veteran, submarine commander and business leader shares his experience as he has learned to master leadership. As he mentions in the interview, "leadership can be complex but it also can be very simple".

I loved this conversation and i hope you do as well. His book, "I have the Watch" is one of the best books on leadership I have run across in years. Please get the book after you listen to this episode.
