When most think of the word 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿, the first thing that usually comes to mind is religion.

But in today’s modern world, we are seeing them used in so many more ways than just inside of a place of worship.

An altar can be a powerfully personal space, one that can be created + utilized to serve as your own sacred space.

They are a great way to start building a relationship to self + higher self, gods, goddesses, ancestors, angels, source.. A tool to tap into for meditation, prayer, affirmation.

But most of all, it’s a way for you to start taking the time now to reflect on what’s important for you. Providing a couple minutes of ritual each day for 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇𝓈𝑒𝓁𝒻.

In this episode, Lori and Ashley go over how they build altars, why they build them, and how they practice with them.
