Sam est un passionné de bières. Depuis plus de vingt ans, il est témoin de l'évolution des microbrasseries au Québec et aujourd'hui il en est même un des acteurs. Il est aujourd'hui gérant "Aux quartiers Belle Gueule", un challenge incroyable mais aussi un terrain de jeu. Rob Zarko from Ship Bottom Brewery joins us talk about making tasty craft beer at the Jersey Shore. Rob and Ship Bottom Brewery have an super cool story that involves Bier Gardens, Orchards and Coffee Rosters

Rob started home brewing in 1995 in Ship Bottom, NJ, opening his first Nano brewery in Wallingford PA back in 2012. In the Summer of 2016 he opened a 15 Barrel Production Brewery in Beach Haven NJ and Rob was kind enough to share his journey and love for making craft beer.
