After the battle on Mai Gu Ridge, the system offers Shang Qinghua a way to return home. But before Shang Qinghua can make a decision, Mobei Jun appears to take him to the demon realm for his succession ceremony. Shang Qinghua and Mobei Jun get into an argument, and Shang Qinghua is told to leave. But as Shang Qinghua is leaving, he sees Mobei Jun’s uncle Linguang-Jun arriving. Worried that Linguang-Jun will kill Mobei Jun, Shang Qinghua sneaks back and hides in the ceiling. When Linguang-Jun finally makes his move, Shang Qinghua interrupts and pretends to get revenge on Mobei Jun. He throws out a fire spell that is deadly to Mobei demons, but instead of attacking Mobei Jun, he creates a protective fire circle around them.

Shang Qinghua saves Mobei Jun, and ends up taking care of him when he gets sick from his injuries. When he returns to the sect, he becomes a spy for Mobei Jun, and he proves his worth by becoming the head disciple. As the head disciple, he gets sent on more dangerous missions, and eventually he is sent on a mission with Shen Qingqiu and Liu Qingge. However Shen Qingqiu and Liu Qingge hate each other, and they end up fighting and parting ways. Shang Qinghua gives a heartfelt warning to Shen Qingqiu, saying that if he ever sees someone fall into a qi deviation, he needs to remain calm and find help, instead of rashly trying to save them. Shen Qingqiu scoffs at the idea that he would voluntarily help anyone.

We learn the history of Zhuzhi-lang, and how he became the general of Tianlang-jun. Though Tianlang-jun forces himself to hate humans after being betrayed by Su Xiyan, in the end, he finds that he can’t hate humans after all, even if it's painful to love them. Next, we are in the perspective of Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky, the “great” author of PIDW. He gets transmigrated into the novel after dying while responding to hate comments. He is in the body of Shang Qinghua and is running an errand, when he runs into Mobei Jun, a vicious ice demon. Mobei Jun kills all the other disciples, but instead of fighting, Shang Qinghua clings to Mobei Jun’s leg and begs for his life.

After all these years of navigating that often morbid yet fantastic universe that is the one populated by BL stories, did we need yet another plot featuring two childhood friends; one of them being insanely rich and handsome, the other one being scandalously poor, yet a sight for sore eyes himself, finding each other again under unfortunate circumstances, and with one of them affected by a severe (or maybe not so severe?) case of memory loss?

With a mountain of debt left by his father, it seems like there's no other choice for Mi-Eum in order to survive and repay said insane amount of money but to become a spy.
Yes, you heard that correctly.
Since his father seems somehow incapacitated to own up to his own mistakes, Mi-Eum is presented with a choice: let his father die, or go to Baek Jitae's mansion in order to spy on him and report any weakness he might have to Baek Jian.
In case you're still confused as of the circumstances, the person Mi-Eum's father owes money to is Jian, aka Jitae's brother, who seems to have beef with the latter for...guess what? Circumstances regarding money and inheriting the family wealth.

But with more than meets the eye and a common past, will Mi-Eum be able to follow through with his mission, or will he be swept off his feet by his new mysterious and devilishly handsome employee-and soon to become sex partner?

Meng Mo shows Shen Qingqiu some of SJ’s memories. SJ was an abused slave in the Qiu household, until he learned cultivation and slaughtered his master and every man in the manor. He burns the whole estate down before joining a fake cultivation master to become an immortal. Several years pass and he becomes the peak lord, and Shen Qingqiu learns that he takes Luo Binghe as a disciple as petty revenge against Liu Qingge. After seeing all the suffering Luo Binghe goes through, Shen Qingqiu feels heartbroken. When he wakes up 5 days later, he finds that Luo Binghe has snuck in to see him and Shen Qingqiu admits he missed him.

Zhao Hua Monastery announces an emergency meeting to discuss Tianlang-jun’s reappearance. Luo Binghe and Shen Qingqiu hide amongst the crowd and Shen Qingqiu is given a quest by the system to use this situation to reverse Luo Binghe’s bad reputation. Unfortunately, as the discussions continue, Luo Binghe’s origin story is revealed and everyone learns that he is the half demon son of Tianlang-jun and Su Xiyan. When Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe are exposed in the crowd, a fight breaks out, until Shen Qingqiu forces Luo Binghe to run away. Having failed the quest of improving Luo Binghe’s reputation, Shen Qingqiu is forced to lose all his satisfaction points on a punishment, and he faints.

Back in the homeland, we have saying that goes like "the one who don't die, you will see them again".
Something like that, yeah.
Well, not only did I decide to come back, not only we are witnessing a neverending summer that's driving me abso-fucking-lutely-insane. Alas, er have reached that moment.
The moment we've all been dreading for two and a half year.
The moment when "Pearl Boy" has met its ending has finally arrived.
And I'm shattered into a million pieces.

And with that, there's not much more to say.
If you want to know why I didn't like the finale, if you're curious as of why Choi Pilwon is still the biggest cunt on Earth to this day, and if you want to hear me praising that king that Kang Dooshik is-yet again-then look no further, this episode is the one right up your sleeve.

Luo Binghe falls unconscious after using too much energy trying to revive Shen Qingqiu’s old body and then breaking into the holy mausoleum. Shen Qingqiu carries his body and looks for a place to use Xin Mo to escape. Along the way he runs into the old palace master and Qiu Haitang. He uses the booby traps in the tomb to defeat the old palace master, and Qiu Haitang runs away alone after she learns some shocking new information.  Shen Qingqiu hides Luo Binghe to face Tianlang-jun and Zhuzhi-lang alone, when suddenly Luo Binghe wakes up. Luo Binghe thinks that Shen Qingqiu abandoned him and is angry, but then realizes that Shen Qingqiu got injured to protect him this entire time. He cries and begs for forgiveness, while Shen Qingqiu wonders, just how did he raise such a sticky crybaby disciple?

Luo Binghe brings Shen Qingqiu to his palace in the demon realm. He tries to show him kindness, but Shen Qingqiu doesn't trust any of his actions. They end up brawling when suddenly Shen Qingqiu goes into a seizure and faints. When he wakes up he finds himself in the holy mausoleum in the demon realm, summoned into his old body by Tianlang-jun and Zhuzhi-lang. Tianlang-jun’s plan is to massacre everyone in the 4 great sects, but he needs something from Luo Binghe so he’s using Shen Qingqiu as bait. Luo Binghe breaks into the mausoleum, but he's not strong enough to defeat his father. Shen Qingqiu uses his knowledge from the novels to get through the booby traps in the halls and escape with Luo Binghe.

Luo Binghe is lured into a dream realm trap by the demon Meng Mo, who reveals Luo Binghe’s demon heritage and offers to teach him how to use his demon powers. Luo Binghe agrees because he wants to become stronger to protect Shen Qingqiu. As the years pass, Luo Binghe becomes stronger and develops a close relationship with Shen Qingqiu, living near him, cooking for him, and helping him with his tasks. Soon it is time for the Immortal Alliance Conference, where Shen Qingqiu will have to betray Luo Binghe in order to progress the plot. But as the conference begins, someone releases beasts from the demon realm into the competition.

Shen Qingqiu saves Liu Qingge from dying of a qi deviation. When he leaves his secluded cultivation, he finds Sha Hualing and her demon horde has invaded the sect while Yue Qingyuan was away. He’s forced by the system to send Luo Binghe into a fight against a demon. Luo Binghe is able to win the fight after hearing his shizun believe in him. Unfortunately, Shen Qingqiu is poisoned by Without a Cure as a result. He is about to be killed when Liu Qingge appears and chases the demons away.

Shen Yuan is transmigrated into Proud Immortal Demon Way, into the body of the scum villain Shen Qingqiu. He wants to suck up to the protagonist Luo Binghe, but the System denies any OOC actions until he can complete the beginner quest. Eventually he is issued a beginner quest where he has to take his disciples on a training exercise in Shuang Hu City. He sees Luo Binghe getting bullied, so he invites him into his carriage. But when he smiles at Luo Binghe, the system deems it OOC and docks B-points.

Despite calling it mastering the servant one too many a time, today we are talking about "Mastering the Secretary" by Ingzig and we will discuss about all things age of consent and the likes.

With a grand total of four chapters and a prologue, Mastering the Secretary explores the relationship between a faithful secretary and his sadistic young master.
Basically all the premises to make a story great.
So is it fair for authors to leave us crave for more when there's so much to discover yet so little to read?

Hua Cheng transfers all of his spiritual energy into Xie Lian, breaking his cursed shackles and giving him the strength to defeat Jun Wu. However this causes Hua Cheng to burst into thousands of butterflies, leaving Xie Lian all alone. The rest of the heavenly officials deal with the aftermath of Jun Wu and work on rebuilding the heavenly capital. After a year of waiting, Hua Cheng returns to Xie Lian and they share an emotional reunion. The epilogue shows Xie Lian enjoying his new life with Hua Cheng, and the celebration of the reopening of Puqi shrine.

Jun Wu has regained ownership of his sword Zhu Xin, previously Fang Xin. He crazily smashes Xie Lian against a wall, urging him to change. Hua Cheng, Feng Xin, and Mu Qing try to save him, but Mu Qing ends up getting his blood sucked by his cursed shackle, and Feng Xin is stabbed by his own arrows. Hua Cheng holds Xie Lian gently as they face Jun Wu together. As Jun Wu taunts them, Hua Cheng suddenly pours all his spiritual energy into Xie Lian, breaking his two cursed shackles.
