A Petrobras pediu ao Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) a revisão de todos os acordos para venda de refinarias firmados no primeiro ano da gestão Bolsonaro. Em junho de 2019, a estatal firmou com o Cade um Termo de Compromisso de Cessação e se comprometeu a vender oito de suas 13 refinarias para reduzir a participação de 98% que detinha no setor. Das oito refinarias ofertadas, apenas uma de grande porte foi vendida, a Rlam, na Bahia – hoje, Refinaria de Mataripe. Uma outra, a Lubnor, no Ceará, chegou a ser vendida em 2022 por US$ 34 milhões, mas não foi entregue. Agora, no pedido feito ao Cade, a Petrobras citou seu plano de investimentos 2024-2028, que prevê desembolsos em refino, transporte e comercialização, e disse que isso será feito de forma “competitiva e segura”.

O Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA) registrou alta de 0,23% em maio, ante 0,61% em abril. Foi a menor variação mensal desde setembro de 2022. O item que mais contribuiu para a queda foram passagens aéreas, com baixa de 17,73%. Combustíveis também caíram. O resultado surpreendeu analistas. Alguns passaram a considerar a possibilidade de deflação neste mês e de um índice abaixo de 5% no acumulado do ano. O resultado do IPCA também reforça a perspectiva de corte nos juros.

O presidente do Cade (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica), Alexandre Cordeiro, 46 anos, diz que a autarquia julgará neste ano ações que devem facilitar a  abertura do setor de óleo e gás para dar maior competitividade.

Os segmentos de saúde e infraestrutura também estão na lista. Envolvem grandes operações de fusões e aquisições, e que afetam diretamente a população e o desenvolvimento da economia.

Há grandes processos envolvendo a Petrobras. O colegiado tem na pauta o julgamento da venda da Reman (Refinaria Isaac Sabbá), em Manaus (AM), mais um passo para abrir o mercado e diminuir a concentração da estatal no setor.

“Fazer abertura de mercado nunca é simples. Ainda mais quando a gente tá tratando de uma empresa pública que foi criada para ser uma monopolista”, afirmou Cordeiro ao PoderEntrevista.

Innovation Decimation In 3, 2...1 Boom!

You know you have reached a pivotal point in being an entrepreneur. You have reached the point where you transforming from a siloed approach to an integrated and innovative skill point.

Find your decimation mindset!

We regret the actions that we don't take. We are not immune to our internal “stuff” we reckon with. As entrepreneurs, we see such success because we're able to inspire change and impact. We are able to look into ourselves and see if it is something we can personally deal with where we need to get resources and help.

Find a way to decimate the negative mindset. When you constantly confront it you have a way to deal with it! Here is the steps we spoke about in the episode.

1. You have already proven your capability to go forward and think differently.
   1. Entrepreneurs think differently... out of the box.
   2. We are the solution that will change our community, market, industry, and the world. We are the only group that consistently drives innovation!
2. Up-level your skillset.
3. Diversify it: there is value in diversifying your skillset
   1. But you’re not in this alone. Notice I talk a lot about building innovative leaders on your team, and the community we have here. This is a collective and collaborative experience.
      1. There is no “I” in team!
      2. Your job is to get the right people in the room- it's your resourcefulness, not your INDIVIDUAL RESOURCES.
4. Innovation needs the following to be effective>>>
   1. Approach
   2. Organization
   3. Resources & Competencies
   4. Metrics… there will be iterations. This is not a finite game, this is infinite!
5. This is bigger than you

We can collectively come together in community, skillset, and as an integrative skill set. You can accomplish this while breaking through our personal roadblocks and comfort zones!

How To Leverage 360 Degrees Of Your Business

Siloed VS Collaborative

We were all sold on getting the one expert marketer or individuals in different departments… with finite skill sets.This created department and resource silos! They were not integrated and could be leveraged for a long term competitive edge.

We kept siloed individuals not emerged in an integrated culture. It was one discipline. One that didn't understand a multidisciplinary approach with a 360-degree view.  They aren’t able to leverage a business, to scale it, to increase its impact. One defined siloed skillset won't accomplish this.

We need 360 Innovative and Integrated team members that understand all the core disciplines and how they can drive the business forward. As well as how they can use their skill set to drive the business forward, drive results, and increase profits. That team member also understands how to collaborate with other team members to be an integrated approach that drives growth and profits.

Don't Think That Innovating Just One Area Is Going To Get You Exponential Results.

In order to get a greater impact, you need to find leverage points that can work together to create exponential results and return. Go beyond just innovating your products you need to be aware of pattern recognition to see how your industry and market can shift and when that shift starts to occur so you can be ahead of the Curve.

HOW to implement a 360-degree approach to business.

1. Systemized approach that is easily scalable, replicable in both delivery and results.
2. A way to mentor your growing team.
3. Continue to level up your knowledge of working on the business instead of in the business. Your leverage points as the entrepreneur... are different than those of your executive team, leadership team, and the team  members they are composed of!
4. Understanding the 360 holistic view of your business and the leverage points.
5. Understand the innovation leverage in the core areas- So your approach is multiplying and giving your exponential results that give you a long term advantage.

You need to innovate to compete.

We were all sold on one specialty and siloed teams and organization. Its viewed as a finite solution- but should be seen as an infinite game.

As an entrepreneur and innovative leader what we do is very personal- we're here because of a personal reason, a person wants for impact. We are serving our team, our clients rethink how you fundamentally approach bringing value to your clients or customers. Our teams are following us because we have a mission, we have momentum, we have something that's greater than us.

it's about pushing past only what's familiar to you it's about challenging convention and how you approach bringing value to the marketÍ

This is an experimental approach,and a systematic approach. We’re analyzing patterns and making conscious decisions to focus on solving problems that have impact and creating viable solutions of value. This is a systematic approach, a trainable discipline, like science. We’re analyzing, using data, and insights. The mindset you should have around this is an experimental approach- that is calculated experimentation; with metrics, KPI’s, diversified skillset in your team members. 

Make sure you don't under resources, underfund,  or undermine your 360-degree innovation.
