This unique experience has been around for 40 years and shows no signs of sinking. Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise is a two-hour experience where friendly pirates sing, dance, and serve complimentary drinks. If you go but aren't booking the entire ship, there is an adults-only room where beer, wine, and champagne are served while the kids are elsewhere listening to stories, going on treasure hunts, playing games, and having water battles. Six members of the Johnson and Bentley families – three generations – were savagely slaughtered by a sick man who had stalked them for days while they camped at Wells Gray Provincial Park in central British Columbia, Canada. 

The motive for the murders and what actually happened is beyond disgusting. It’s truly unspeakable.

While media coined the term "Wells Gray Murders," because that is where the human remains were found, but the actual murders occurred elsewhere.

That being Fage Creek, 18 km (11.2 mi) north of Clearwater and 18 km (11.2 mi) south of the Wells Gray Provincial Park entrance on Clearwater Valley Road.

Steven Strickland is 28 years old and he's dealt with his own mortality more than he'd like. He was hoping to get a double lung transplant, but had to get rid of a deadly bacteria first (not once but 4 times).  Then, after waiting years to be listed and almost dying....he said, "No."  You'll hear why in this podcast.
