    Claves sobre los militares fallecidos en Cerro Muriano

    El pasado dia 21 de Diciembre de 2023 fallecian dos soldados por ahogamiento e hipotermia como consecuencia fatal de unas maniobras en la Brigada ‘Guzmán el Bueno’ X en Cerro Muriano (Córdoba).

    Por estos hechos estan siendo investigados un capitan, un teniente y un sargento por posible delito segun los medios contra la eficacia del servicio. El juzgado encargado de las diligencias es el Tribunal Togado Militar 21 de Sevilla.

    Segun lo hasta ahora aparecido en medios de comunicacion, todo se debe a una neglicencia continua de ordenes ineficaces e in extremis que desde el primer momento estaba minado por conductas contrarias hasta poner en peligro continuo la vida de los fallecidos y todos los que ese dia estaban haciendo dichas maniobras.

    Una supuesta cuerda llamada en el argot militar "linea de vida", la cual supuestamente el dia anterior se rompió, ese mismo dia antes de acabar la maniobra y con personas en el agua se solto de un extremo y asi un suma y sigue.

    Hasta el momento uno de los abodados que representa a uno de los fallecidos ha solicitado que las diligencias sean dirigidas por un juzgado ordinario y no el militar.

    En episodios anterioes os hablé ya en su dia del convenio bilateral entre Estado y Comunidad Foral de Navarra. Con motivo del proximo despliegue de competencias las cuales dependeran totalmente de la policia foral de Navarra, algunos miembros de la especialidad estan empezando a hacer las maletas y abandonar la especialidad solicitando vacantes fuera de esta.

    De por sí la agrupacion de tráfico a nivel nacional no esta viviendo su mejor epoca, las vacantes que salen apenas se ocupan, los cursos para especializarse no se cubren, algunos alumnos pueden desempeñar sus practicas en la propia especialidad, es un suma y sigue o un toma y daca.

    Empiezo a conocer a compañeros que empiezan a nivel nacional a abandonar la especialidad e irse a seguridad ciudadana o cualquier otro tipo de vacante muy distinta a esta, las condiciones segun comentan algunos no son buenas, los complementos (Remuneracion economica) no son exactamente las que esperaban.

    De todos es sabido que compañeros que prestan servicion en el norte, concretamente en Euskadi o Navarra gozan de preferente para solicitar vacantes, espero y confio que a estos compañeros que empiezan hacer sus maletas y emprenden un nuevo camino consigan otra plaza y lugar que les sane un poco la herida cometida por algo con la que no contaban, la aniquilacion de la especialidad en Navarra.
