In this episode, Cam and Amelia talk about hormonal shifts that affect the skin, including sun damage, skin texture changes, and other skin concerns that occur in midlife.

We unpack what treatments might be helpful as well as products to avoid. Skin treatments are largely unregulated, so you have to know what you're buying. What you put on your skin is absorbed into your body, so you have to know what elements are carcinogens and what might be merely a marketing ploy to get your money. Skin supplements can be surprisingly simple. Think jojoba oil, coconut oil, and essential oils

We also cover skin conditions that are more prevalent in midlife. Think crepey skin, wrinkles, and eczema. We give you tips and tricks and holistic approaches to deal with these annoyances.
