In this episode I speak to Chrysocolla and share my own journey of how I am using the information to help heal CONTROL ISSUES

I discovered that my subconscious mind was programmed to not "ALLOW" me to ........ on many occasions. This story may resonate with some of you as well and possibly show you where you  may be holding yourself back.

Light Language was a relatively new concept to me and if I am honest I didn't give it much consideration until Chrysocolla spoke to me about it. Chrysocolla helped me develop Light Language through my intuition and soon after began a healing of my internal disharmony.

I started to feel lovingly detached from situations that previously I had wanted to control, safer in my own being and more comfortable with life.

The inflammation within my abdomen calmed down and my personality softened dramatically affording me a better connection with my heart.

I hope you try this for yourself with chrysocolla as your guide as I think you will benefit tremendously from it ...

Malachite, Labradorite and Cavansite are incredible teachers of the truth.

True happiness can only be found by following your truth, but what is your truth?
We can get lost in our conditioned mind and lose sight of how to act and be in this incredibly demanding  world.  Teachers, social conditioning, media, spiritual books are all telling us how to be "good" but not many teach how to your authentic self..

In this podcast I share my experience of working with Cavansite, how it came to me when I decided I needed to re assess my priorities and thought patterns. It taught me how to communicate with my inner child and take time to be honest with myself and show the authentic me to the world.

Malachite taught me to recognise the truth and discard old programming of who or what I thought I should be. It also changed my world view as I began to question the world we live in and how I interact within it.

Labradorite helped me see passed the illusions and recognise what is good for my mind and what I should shield it from. How to be discerning who I spend time with, what I listen to, rely upon my intuition to determine the truth of what I am being told instead of blindly believing what I am told.

I am truly grateful for these incredible crystal teachers as they helped me reconnect to my soul, discover my inner light and shine my authentic self out into the world. I am sure they will serve you well, please allow me to introduce them to you ... they really are invaluable.

Nuestra invitada en este episodio es Joanne Stone. Joanne es una artista que trabaja con joyería y cristales. tiene un Bachelors degree en arte de la Universidad UCLA y de la Universidad de Bologna en Italia. Aprendió a trabajar con joyería en Perú y en Nueva York en el Jewelery Art Institute. 

Aprendió a trabajar los cristales a base de tener una relación con ellos. Es maestra certificada de Kundalini Yoga. Recibió el ritual de los guardianes de la tierra de la tribu Munay Ki y estudio con el místico Q’ero de Perú 

Una mujer muy espiritual. Parte de su inspiración viene de su niñez en América del Sur y sus estudios culturales en Italia y en Indonesia. 

En este episodio aparte de aprender de algunos cristales, de sus propiedades y de cómo cuidarlos, también Joanne me comparte su espiritualidad y su filosofía de vida que es de verdad una manera de vivir mejor y ser más feliz.

Crystal healing is something I'm interested in, and I always buy pieces of rock and stone that appeal to me. I love reading about what they are meant to bring into my life, though I'm always terrible at remembering.  

When I arrived recently at the Omega Institute, a retreat center in Rhinebeck, NY, for the Juno Women's Leadership Residency I had applied for (and received), I went straight to the bookstore. I figured I'd treat myself to a few crystals and things to support me spiritually throughout the weekend. I was hoping to make some breakthroughs on how to better promote my Get in Tune workshop and this podcast, and the other work I do to promote connection with ourselves and others through artistic means. Surrounding myself with meaningful objects is one way I try to build support for deeper thinking. 

I couldn't help but be drawn in to the conversation between two ladies likewise gathered around the crystals. They were talking about what they were looking for in their lives and how various crystals might help. I absolutely HAD to talk to these strangers. And I'm so glad I did!
