Lâepisodio di oggi è una puntata speciale dedicata alla Psicologia dello Sport: il nostro ospite è il dott. Alessandro Bargnani, psicologo e psicoterapeuta, nonché direttore e responsabile del progetto C.I.S.S.P.A.T. LAB.
Il dott. Bargnani ci spiegherà come la Psicologia dello Sport è in grado di potenziare le abilità cognitive degli atleti e come, attraverso un allenamento mentale, possa aiutarli a migliorare la qualità della prestazione.

- la profilazione della performance, ossia lo strumento per raggiungere e mantenere uno stato di flow ottimale durante la gara
